Wow how fast did arrive from Canada.
Vibrante colours, fit is excellent even for a larger guy. Bought in the Black Friday sale. The only downside i wished I had bought more.

Excellent customer service. We have ordered several times and the last order was unfortunately lost. I contacted customer service via email and Marcus took very good care of me. Extremely polite and right on top of reshaping our order. One of our items was no longer available and even though it was on sale Marcus told me I could pick any pair I wanted even if it wasn’t a sale item to replace the ones no longer in stock. Amazing quality and very comfortable. There are definitely more orders to be placed in the future.

I cant speak for their underwear, but there swimsuits listed on their site do not match their sizing charts. For instance, If you are a medium(32-34) waist, you will probably need an xxl or xxxl. It almost seems that their swimsuits were designed for women. No room for your junk, unless you tape it to your butt. Although their patterns are appealing, the cut is just way to femine for a guy. The real kicker is they wont exchange or give money back even with the tags still on. So Im out 120$ because I decided to try a new brand. Not to mention I was literally attacked by their customer service for asking for a resolution and told not to order from them again. Im not kidding. Like I would want to be ripped off again. Buyer Beware!

When the swimsuit came and they didn’t fit, Garçon was quick to respond and offered a solution. Had it resolved within a few days. I won’t hesitate to order from them again!

Recently ordered a few pair of underwear, to have a defect in one of the waistbands. Wrote a review explaining the situation and Tommy was quick to reply and make sure a replacement of my choice be sent without cost. Seamless process! I buy GM for the style and quality, so I knew this wasn’t going to become a regular occurrence. Thanks for the awesome customer service Tommy and GM. You stand out from the rest;)

Garçon has unbelievable customer service. I left a negative review because three pairs of briefs out of four I ordered were two inches smaller in the waist than the fourth pair. Unfortunately, the three didn’t fit. Garçon customer service saw my review and immediately contacted me to make things right! Unheard of with many businesses. I will be a repeat customer!

Love my undies and all my gear from one of my favourite brands. Materials are always consistently well constructed and fitted. What I love most about the brand is how the designer(s) always manage to breathe new life into a collection without digressing too far away from their original brand trademark.

Customer service is remarkable, especially that one time the sizing and shipping did not work out, Garcon Model quickly rectified the mistake and made me a customer for life. Love the brand. Sexy, seductive and nothing else compares in Canada.

Their swim suits are so much cuter than the relatively long board shorts you’ll find in American stores. Their European style fits right in on the beach in Barcelona in summer and here in the US they stand out. Love them!!

I only wear Garçon Model underwear. It is the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever owned. Their web site makes it easy to shop and it’s delivered to my mail box quickly.
