Paid for 24 hour Tracked delivery on Tuesday. Item isnt due until end of day Friday. No reply to complaint e -mail. Will cost me several hundred pounds in lost wages.

Edit : Finally arrived and although charged for a genuine Stihl spare part it was a copy I could have got off Amazon for 1/3rd of the price iIpaid these charlatans.
Poor service, taken the money and said the item was shipped then saying it is out of stock. Nobody knows what is happening, don’t hold out much hope for a refund either!
Shocking company. Item was not as described, will not respond to emails, will not answer phone calls.
The item is shipped from Ireland, and takes 5 days.

Shocking company!!! Avoid at all costs. Ordered an drive belt for a scag, next day delivery. It arrived nearly 2 weeks later and it was the totally wrong belt! Customer service is shocking.

The product was advertised as a Stihl strimmer harness. It was not it was a poor quality harness that could be used with a strimmer but not a quality Stihl item
The 48 hour tracked Royal Mail delivery that I paid for took 96 hours and the item was untrackable having been despatched from the Republic of Ireland

Having reviewed your order, we can see it was only placed on Monday. You then emailed us on Tuesday afternoon and left this review the following evening.
We understand that customers expect prompt communication, however this review was left before we had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond to your enquiry. We have received no prior contact from you regarding any issue with the order outside of the email sent less than two working days ago.
As a small family-run business, we work hard to respond to all customer enquiries as quickly as possible and would always appreciate the opportunity to resolve any concerns before a 1-star review is posted.
Shocking. No communication. No one answers the phone, I’ve been waiting nearly two weeks for a part that was sold as ‘same day’ delivery. I think it may be a scam website?

Having reviewed your order, we can see that we contacted you by email on 3 June regarding an issue affecting your order and requested further information from you. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to that email at the time, which contributed to the delay.
We understand that waiting for parts can be frustrating. However, we were disappointed to see suggestions that we may be a scam website, particularly as we had already attempted to make contact regarding the order.
Since then, we have been able to make contact and assist with resolving the issue, and we hope the outcome has been satisfactory.
I have paid for 24hr delivery 3 days later still no items ! Tried to ring no answer, emailed no reply, contacted them on their website no reply !

We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you paid for a 24-hour delivery service.
Having reviewed your order, the parcel was dispatched from us as expected but unfortunately experienced a delay within the UPS network, which was outside of our control. Whilst carrier delays are rare, they can occasionally occur despite orders being processed and dispatched on time.
We had already been in contact with you regarding the delay prior to this review being posted and, as a gesture of goodwill, refunded the delivery charge due to the service not meeting expectations.
We always aim to provide the best possible service and appreciate that this delay was frustrating. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience whilst the matter was resolved.
order num 68733 never written a review good or bad on anyone but im making an exception here. ordered some parts for a chainsaw because it stated they were in stock and despatch within one or 2 days that was 18/05/26 no sign yet of anything ive tried 4 times to phone customer support it plays music for 15 minutes then cuts you off. sent an e-mail yesterday no reply if you click on order status it asks for a royal mail tracking order which i know nothing of.how am i supposed to sort wether im getting these parts or not. definatly will never use again it also says use our online chat service well i cant find that either.
