Ordered the Sumisoaker with the reel via the web page.
A really easy page to navigate through l, which always makes the buying experience worthwhile.
The soaker arrived well packaged and within a couple of days.
The reel is sturdy and well made, after a couple of minutes putting it together it was already to go.
A great piece of kit and works really well. The only thing you need to be aware of is the water is really fine so you get soaked when trying to move it :)

Had a problem with delivery. Contacted the company and spoke with Ryan who immediately looked up my order details. He emailed me back within hour having resolved the problem and maintained contact through emails until I received goods within next 48 hours.

Garden Imports helped me solve a problem that was nothing to do with them, they went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help and I love the brilliant Root Slayer shovel which has already removed some very large & stubborn bamboo.

Avoid this company at all costs. Hose developed a leak after the 2nd use, company outright refused to refund saying it it's developed a leak i must have damaged it!

All I did was follow their instructions.

It's not fit for purpose and the company garden imports don't seem to think the consumer rights apply to them.

I'm not the only person to have this problem from the company.

Having to go through the credit card company to request a refund through a charge back.

Edit - this company have tried to have this negative review removed from trust pilot by flagging it. Everything contained in this review is completely factual.

The evidence was submitted to the credit card company who agreed with me and refunded the money via a charge back..

Just bought a sumisoaker. I can't speak to the longevity of the product because I've only just used.

However, the buying experience was solid. Email confirmation of shipping via DHL within a couple of hours, and the hose was delivered a day or 2 later. Everything was advertised and seems to be working well.

I bought a Radius PRO Weeder from this firm. Their website described it as "an industrial strength stand-up weeder that pries out deeply rooted weeds and unwanted tree and shrub seedlings". It broke after a few uses when the blade split just below the handle.

I contacted the firm, but they refused to help and just falsely claimed that the failure occurred because the tool was "being used as a lever". I explained that this was not true and I had only used the tool to dig out weeds. They still refused to help.

I then asked them about the Lifetime Warranty that is clearly printed on the handle of the tool. They again refused to help.

This firm sells some nice looking stuff, but if things go wrong they will not help you.

Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable firm that will stand behind the products they sell.

I was very close to buying some more of the Radius Pro tools from Garden Imports. I am just glad I didn't.
