Great Service, was planning a small slabbing project at home whilst on Holiday. Asked if they could drop the materials off and place them behind back gates instead of dropping them off on the front drive. Better half said they would not do this and we would end up having the grief when we returned. But in fairness we got home and the materials had been dropped of as requested. Massive thanks to the team for a doing a great job

Usually have good service and products from this company however New Scaffold boards I have just used which were delivered in June had some rotten areas, I didn’t notice when delivered as it was on the underside, 3 boards were particularly affected so I ended up being short.
Hope it’s a one off, as I do find them generally good at service and products.

The delivery driver was very nice

The roof tiles that I have purchased are good but were dispatched to the wrong address. Gardiners have agreed to refund the money paid for delivery. 10 tiles were also broken in half on delivery (100 purchased, so 10% damaged). This is more than I would have expected.
