Great experience! Customer service helped trouble shoot my broken shampoo bowl through pictures! The fix ended up being small . Thank goodness. Great quality salon furniture!

Absolutely awful. We bought a steamer that didn't work properly, but WE have to pay to have it packed and shipped and then got a replacement which broke after a few months, again paid for packing and shipping and the next replacement was the exact same one we had returned the first time. It's like you're victim of a scam. After months of having no steamer and paying for all these shipping costs to deal with their faulty product, we still have the same horrible steamer we had months again. AWFUL COMPANY. Do yourself a favor and buy your equipment from anywhere else...btw, I'm waiting to hear back from their head of vendor relations, but I doubt I will hear from anyone.
And your response is total BS!!! And how do we get it back to the factory? We pay for shipping again! And how do you explain sending back to us the original broken steamer???? Is this a joke? It's better to cut our losses and just dispute the credit card charge because all we've had is hassles... what are you going to do? Repackage the one with the broken switch and then send that one to us again? What a joke!!!!! Why don't you have someone in charge call us and make it right??? John Keller or any higher up instead of just passing us off to people who no authority?

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered a wall mounted hair steamer from this company, got it installed and found out that it doesn’t work. Unfortunately, they do not cover return shipping & returning this item would have cost me as much as I paid for it. Thats pretty outrageous! After discussing this with customer service, I was instructed to only send part of the unit back, which still cost me a lot of money, but I agreed. Now, after sending the unit back, and it was successfully delivered, I cannot get in contact with anyone from this company. Not through phone or email. I’m convinced this company is a complete scam! Total waste of money! Beware!!!

I bought a hood dryer in January 2022. I use it about once or twice a month. The fuse apparently is bad on switch( which they know about) they will fix it if you pay for shipping to them . That's about what dryer costs. They know there is a problem with it not turning on, but they sell it anyway. So frustrated with this. What a terrible way to do business. I'm a hard working salon owner, who would be out her dryer and have to pay to ship it. Never never order from them . Not reputable company. They just don't care about doing the right thing.
