I am writing to formally raise a serious safety : reputation concern regarding my Mercedes-Benz vehicle currently at Gargash service center.

While driving normally, the roof component suddenly detached/opened unexpectedly during the drive, which could have caused a very serious accident and represents a major safety issue. This was completely unexpected and was not caused by misuse, impact, or external damage.

Most importantly, during my latest service visit at Gargash, I was not informed of any issue related to the roof, panoramic system, or any component requiring attention or repair. The vehicle was serviced and returned without any warning or recommendation regarding this matter.

I strongly believe this is a technical/mechanical failure and not a wear-and-tear issue that I should be held responsible for.

I was extremely surprised to receive a repair quotation of approximately AED 10,000 and I do not accept bearing the repair cost for what appears to be a serious technical and safety-related defect.

I kindly request:

Immediate escalation of this case
Full repair coverage/goodwill support
A complete technical investigation
Resolution within 24 hours due to the seriousness of the issue and the safety risk involved
As a Mercedes-Benz customer, I expect proper support and responsibility for such a critical issue.
Sharjah branch they gave me a very bad customer service, and even they didn’t provide a formal advice or a peace of paper or even an inception report!!!

Worst branch experience I’ve had with Gargash since 2019. Extremely poor service and unprofessional management.
I was promised that damage to my car (caused during service) would be fixed on my next visit, but this was later denied with no accountability. I was also asked to pay maintenance in advance under a “new system,” which is inaccurate, and to pay a deposit for parts that should already be available.
The attitude and communication were extremely poor—especially from the branch manager, Marime Al zoubi, whose manner was inappropriate and disrespectful.
Very disappointing experience. I will not deal with this branch again.

Stay away from this place!
After many years of driving Mercedes in Europe and always receiving excellent service and treatment, this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. This garage seriously damages the Mercedes name and is not worthy of being an official dealership.
I brought my car in for repairs on December 18 during my vacation. They had two full weeks to fix the car. After those two weeks, nothing at all had been done—not even parts had been ordered. Two weeks later, still nothing had happened to the car.
You receive no updates whatsoever, and when you try to call, you are redirected to a call center that does absolutely nothing. WhatsApp messages are barely answered, and when, out of pure frustration, you go to the garage in person, you see staff literally sitting on the floor next to your car, playing games on their phones.
After five weeks, I was finally told today that they still need to order an additional part, which will take at least 10 more days. 😳 This means the repair will take 6 to 8 weeks for what should be a minor repair—assuming they don’t suddenly “discover” something else again.
On top of that, their prices are extremely overpriced compared to other garages in the area. Don’t let them mislead you—being an official authorized dealer means absolutely nothing here in Dubai and is certainly no guarantee of good service.
I can give only one piece of advice: stay as far away from this place as possible.

I am so glad i chose gargash auto for my car's servicing and repairing. First of all, the problem of my car was accurately diagnosed within 30 minutes, unlike other workshops, even tha agency took 3 days and gave a wrong diagnosis with a hefty estimate. Secondly, The ambiance of the workshop is entirely different from all the other basic workshops. I was dealt with by skilled professionals and my cars repairing was absolutely spot on with timely delivery. I am very happy with their service. Highly recommended!!
