Ordered four months ago. Never received the package. When I contact them they try to tell me it is on the way. I have asked for a refund multiple times and they refuse. Clearly I got scammed. Hopefully this saves someone else.

I placed the order but it was never delivered. I reached out to the company’s customer service and after two attempts they did respond stating it was delivered and to ask neighbors. After checking around I reached back out to the company and they have not responded. The tracking info took me to an unknown website.

Never received my package. sent an email and the email is not accurate. Also took a month to process the package to my home and never arrived . I believe this page is a scam for money.

I am so frustrated I never got my package I was really excited to get it but it never came there not answering my emails or anything.

Do not order from this company. Says item was delivered never received item, asked for logistics company info was not given. Offered another shipment says it was received didn’t get that one. Gave a fake tracking site that once I googled says is used by scammers. They offered 70% refund until I threatened to involve my bank and authorities them they offered 100% refund but says it will take 25-30 days. Update- they sent a refund of 6.00
to my account. They are thieves!!

Lots of automated replies and now I’m being offered a 70% refund.

I’m confident the items never shipped or existed. This company is a complete scam.

I never received the item I purchased after waiting a month for it. The customer service is unbearable. They continue to offer me lame excuses and pathetic discounts. They admitted their delivery service has no proof of delivery but continue to tell me to wait for delivery. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and just continue to receive another poor excuse for customer service email. After repeatedly asking for my money back they offered me a replacement, but I am so frustrated with their service I asked for my money. I guess I will receive my refund when I receive my original order.

Claims shipping will take 3 to 5 business days package has been traveling for a month now and still not delivered it's been local for the past week can't even get a local tracking as to who receives the package once it becomes local. Scamming company

I waited a month for my package and when I received delivery noticed nothing was or has been delivered.

They make you pay for express shipping but they say shipping can take up to a month. Use a sketchy shipping process track718.com. Says package was delivered but nothing was there. Checked my cameras and there was never any delivery truck or anything to pass by. Scammers. Avoid.
