Ryan fitted our garage doors and surprisingly did the whole install on his own and to a very high standard. He remained unphased throughout despite being bombarded with questions by myself and a ew challenges to the fit. I am pleased to say that the Customer Service has ben outstanding from everyone we encountered from initial inquiry to installation and the product is excellent so far. Good value, competitive and would recommend to others.

Peter was our engineer. He was superb. The installation wasn’t as straightforward as we hoped. It required the removal of some breeze block from our wall. I was a little concerned as we’d recently had the garage rendered. That said, Peter explained the whole thing and the reason for the removal allowing me to make an informed decision. The installation went brilliantly and we are made up with the new door. I’d recommend Peter if you were to get the choice.

Good engineer and the door itself seems to be of a decent quality.
Overall experience was spoilt by general admin, with indifferent communication

Good product, sales and order process well handled and installed well.
Communication with the company difficult as hard to speak to someone on phone when issues arose and the process for booking the installation was not efficient.

From first contact to handover, everything was simple and efficient. Tomasz the installer was very friendly, and considerate, and tidied everything up at the end. His demonstration was clear and informative. Finally, the door looks great and works beautifully. I couldn't be happier!

Peter arrived earlier than was said , garage door was fitted in under 3hours , looks great ,and Peter explained all the workings etc really well cannot fault the service ,well done Peter and his son.

After problems with customer service and lack of communication we finally had the garage doors fit yesterday by Josh and Riley who were absolutely great. I cannot fault them. Arrived early worked quick and efficiently, tidied everything up and then showed us how the doors worked. A massive thank you to them. Also thank you to Richard for eventually sorting everything out. The doors look great. I would recommend this company just be aware the customer service does not always communicate. Riley, Josh and Richard deserve 5 stars. A credit to the company.

I liked the detailed planning visit and the two 8nstallation guys - Mark and ? Were very well organised and efficient.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE GAROLLA. Not worth the hassle.

We had a callout back in Feb and the engineer locked himself in the garage and had to rebreak the clips he just fitted and in doing so damaged several slats on our door. Despite chasing up multiple times, to get the slats fixed they have still not responded to the issue.

The garage door then BROKE from the top and left a gap open at the top. Apparently we were classed as an ‘urgent’ case due to certain personal circumstances and despite multiple phone calls and chasing the earliest date they can sort our urgent case is 5th May. Which is over two weeks away from originally reporting the issue, that does not constitute as urgent by any means.

Avoid at all costs.
