Second report we have commissioned from GAR
This is the 2nd time we have used GAR property Consultants for a survey. They carried out this homebuyers report very speedily for us and also sent me the finished report within 2 working days. They are very helpful in their recommendations, and available afterwards for follow up clarifications if needed.
Comprehensive photos are included which are themselves very useful to get a view of parts of the property we could not access.
The report gives some basics of property construction and covers defects in the grounds and outbuildings as well.
We would not hesitate to use them again.
