Absolute nightmare dealing with this crowd. They tried to charge me €306 for a video card on an old PC that's only worth about €100 and it took them 6 days to even do the 5 minute job with no contact in-between, keeping me up to date on what was going on. Because they are based in Killiney and I am based in Christchurch, central Dublin, when I refused to pay silly money for a video card swap, they cut off all communication on Whatsapp, but when I rang their receptionist, she tried to charge me €90 to courier the PC, 16 kilometers, back to me when a Taxi is about €50 euros and Couriers are cheaper than taxi's so I was left with no choice, but to go to Killiney and pick my PC up. Absolute Rip-off merchants! Do not give your Laptops, PC's etc to these chancers, they will rob you blind. Absolutely horrible experience!

I had an unfortunate experience of buying from the seller. The site mentioned they can deliver the item in dublin in 1 hour, however they don't respond to the message in 1 day, let alone deliver the item. After multiple followups, they told me item is not in stock and the item is still mentioned to this date as in stock on their site. Then they flip flopped between we will deliver it and issue a refund despite providing a clear answer. Finally agreed to refund but went unresponsive after that. I had to work with my bank to initiate a chargeback. They have zero professionalism and honesty or basic empathy. I have purchased from multiple different shops in past 10-15 years and this is the worst of them all. Never buy from them ever and save yourself.

I purchased a Samsung 26+ from Gary at a very competitive price. He had it in a couple of days and transferred all my data from my old phone to my new phone without any issues. I also purhased a screen protector and new case. Gary's hub is definitely a one stop shop, highly professional and a great local service.
Highly recommended.

Best avoided, I ordered a replacement battery for my Samsung phone 11 days ago ,which they still show in stock but for some reason they won't send to me. I have called and emailed multiple times but they don't reply, the 2 times I spoke on the phone I was told they would check it out and get right back to me, but they don't. now they are not even answering my calls.... I wouldn't be handing my device with sensitive info to these guys if you put a gun to my head. be warned.
