Damaged parts but excellent customer service
Really disappointed that our lovely gas patio heater box was damaged badly in transit. Spoke to delivery driver and asked why its damaged and he just shrugged his shoulders. Gas depot have been excellent in sorting the issue, arranged for swift replacement of parts and prompt communication. Throughly recommend the company.
