customer support needs improvement
Gate2Enter offers many useful digital products such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Coursera, and other subscriptions at affordable prices. The ordering process was straightforward and the product selection is good.
However, I was disappointed with the customer support experience. Communication initially took place through WhatsApp, but resolving issues required sending emails and waiting for responses. Support was polite, but the process felt slow.
I purchased a Perplexity subscription through Gate2Enter. Later, I was unable to access the account because it required phone number verification. Gate2Enter informed me that account verification is handled by Perplexity and referred me to Perplexity support. Since the subscription was purchased through a third-party platform, it is unclear who is responsible for resolving such account access issues.
Overall, the prices and product variety are good, but I believe customer support and issue resolution could be improved, especially when customers cannot access the service they purchased.

The phone number verification you later encountered was the result of a security protocol update rolled out by Perplexity — this was not part of the original account setup and is outside of Gate2Enter's control.
That said, we want to be clear: we have been in contact with you to work through this matter and find the fairest resolution possible for both parties. We take access issues seriously, even when they originate at the provider level.
