Very good service from this estate agents. Both Phil and Dan were very helpful with the sale, giving good tips and advice. They also kept me informed at every significant point during the sale. I would recommend them.

It was great grace was absolutely lovely and was great to talk to when viewing the property.

Amazing and extremely charming.
It was pleasure to meet.
Many thanks

I have had a long relationship with the excellent team of professionals at Gatekeepers Properties, working along side Dan Thorne, Phil Kendall and Lucy Forde. In there capacity as Directors and Partners in the business they have always been available to discuss any issues that have come up over many years of our association. I have known Phil Kendall (Founder) since the early days of the company working out of a small office on Commercial Road Swindon, some 24 years ago. With there dedication to excellance in all aspects of there business it has not surprised me that they expanded to covering the Witney and Banbury areas in addition to there established Swindon operation. More recently I have had a good experience working with Dan in marketing and sales of my home in Swindon. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and helped with my decision making at every key moment. Many thanks to all the team at Gatekeepers for your cooperation over the many years of our association.

Timely appointment. Polite professional staff. Prompt service. Good follow up.

Gatekeeper does a great job of keeping you updated from the second you request for a viewing. They have acted quickly when I’ve put an offer through. Gracie has done a great job showing me round the houses and has the answers to all the questions I had.

Very good trust them

Laura was very helpful with the viewings and answered any questions I had. Very polite and professional

Alice was fabulous dealing with our sale through to completion, we found her to be very responsive and excellent at dealing with the rather pushy estate agents up the chain as well as chasing our buyer and solicitors as needed later on in the process. Would recommend gatekeeper 100% for a move and very good value compared to other Swindon estate agents.

Alice and all the team were very helpful thought out the purchasing process, I would be happy to reccomend

Laura was very polite and professional while showing me around the property. She was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to confidently answer all questions I had. I didn’t rushed or pressured; the viewing was a relaxed and pleasant experience.
