Great quality, and easy to work with the team via text. They sent me a sample via photo so I could approve.

This company copies original art from other websites/small businesses and uses it as their own on hats etc. .. disgraceful!

After ordering, the communication was excellent. When the product arrived, it was fine quality and exceeded expectations.

*** Updated : after my original review (below) They reached out to try asking me to remove/edit my review. I said I would update upon my order being refunded- which they did. I do feel like the only reason they were proactive with a refund was because of my truthful review.
I still stand by my original review regarding the hat and craftsmanship quality; however I appreciate them refunding my order so I gave them one additional star for customer service.

Hats are very poor quality and have a terrible fit. The embroidery is done cheaply, and the text on my hat was crooked and they still sent it. I immediately asked for a refund and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Nice hat and a good fit for my 7-5/8" head. The embroidery is good quality. Recommend.

Website kept changing color of thread to cream even tho I selected yellow. Took multiple tries before it kept the color as yellow.

Parading as an American Company - its not.

Shipping dates are a facade. Order has not arrived. Just a disappointing experience.

I disliked not being able to see the back of the hat I bought. I understand it's adjustable, but IDK if it's the pop through circles, or an adjustable band. I'm also thinking it will end up being a birthday gift since it hasn't left Texas yet, and USPS is the carrier.

The hat came exactly as described I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! The Gatorhats support is kind and prompt with their replies. I couldn't recommend them more.

Would highly recommend! The quality of the hat is great and the customer service was incredible! I asked for a few rounds of edits on my design and the Gatorhats team was so helpful, kind and very responsive. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
