All I can say if you get the ar card expect the unexpected

I have got multiple canvas' and absolutely love them. It's a great distraction from bad habits like I have a problem with drinking and these help me calm my brain. I just got the aqua glass scratcher hoping to get the green one next. My personal favourite was Florance.

Absolutely fantastic company, i have around 20 pictures off them in total and the quality of their pictures is way beyond anything iv seen from other sites, I also accidentally ordered the wrong pictures and instead of having me return the wrong one they sent me the one I really wanted I just had to pay shipping so 4 quid when it was my mistake aswell, not many companies out there with staff like that, id give them 10 stars if I could

so i got them for relaxing and art therapy and i can only say for the little amount they cost, the quality of the product blew past my expectation. everything felt so qualit, the thickness of the paper, the packaging, the envelope - bought some cheaper stuff on amazon, and i can tell you the quality difference is night day

I probably have done almost 95% of each canvas that is available to purchase I’m completely obsessed and truly helps with my anxiety more than I would have ever thought

These are the best things I’ve come across in a long time I am so addicted to these it can take so long to get through one and it’s definitely good for anxiety and mental health

I am a high anxiety person and love doing crafts. These canvases have been extremely therapeutic and satisfying! Highly recommend!!

I just placed my third order. I even ordered the crystal pens in every color. I started with the locations like carnival and New York and then I went to wildlife which I love and I already ordered the Japanese series and I can't wait to get it. I do them every night for at least an hour or more when I get in bed and it helps with my anxiety every time. This is a great hobby to have ❤️

Honestly, best Christmas gift I received! The canvases are amazing quality, are relaxing, and are gorgeous. The customer service is phenomenal. I plan to order them all. So far I have Las Vegas, the Taj Mahal, and Paris!!!! I LOVE THEM! Thank you so much for EXCELLENT service and beautiful canvases!

While we waited a bit to receive our Gatsby Canvases, they were worth the wait. All three of our kids are in love. A creative break from screens, that they now proudly display in their bedrooms. We will be ordering more very soon! Highly recommend!

After ordering I got skeptical due to reading other reviews. I decided to just let it happen. After a few weeks I received exactly what I ordered. Great packaging also. We get spoiled with overnight Amazon, I get it. It took barely a few weeks. Glad I did ordered. Can’t wait to start. Tokyo Fujiyama.

I just have to say I LOVE these! My bf got me some for Christmas and it is the most relaxing and fun thing I’ve ever done! I honestly may buy more! I’ve never been so chill!

I was looking forward to using this over Christmas but unfortunately my delivery is really late with no sign of it coming yet. I emailed customer service, who apologised but would not tell me when to expect the delivery by. Based on my tracker, it will be at least, another 2 weeks late. Most companies email customers when they realise a package is delayed but Gatsbycanvas will not do this. I won't be buying from them again and I wouldn't recommend using this company to anybody. There delivery dates are false advertising.

Concerned this was a scam after reading the review but thought to give it a go anyway.
Products turned up in primo condition 3 weeks after ordering (during the Christmas period).
I had emailed them when I hadn’t heard anything after a week and they gave me a discount for the delay

I purchased this for my girlfriend as a Christmas present, it has bee over 3 weeks and it still has not been delivered. Be warned this is another "TEMU" style product being shipped form somewhere in China. I wish they were more transparent about where the items are coming from and that they would arrive for the following year's Christmas. Definitely would not recommend

I ordered on the 2nd Nov 2025 in the hope that I would receive my order before Christmas. Unfortunately as I write this review my order still hasn't arrived. This was a Christmas present for several members of my family. Upon doing some research as with everything nowadays shipping is from China. Jenny whom I've been dealing with has been fantastic but unfortunately due to the length of time it has taken and I still haven't received my order I can only give 1 star. Having read other reviews I'm hoping the product gets to me in one piece as refunds are not granted once the items have been posted. Jenny informed me that it is a small team and the company are only new this year. I can understand they were very busy with orders but I feel they should have been more prepared especially at Christmas time.

I had a very disappointing experience. My order wasn't marked as "shipped" until seven days after I placed it, and even now I still haven't received a tracking number or an estimated delivery date, despite asking multiple times.

These items are made and shipped from China, which the company does not make clear. The delivery timelines advertised on the website were unrealistic, and based on what I saw at checkout, I fully expected the order to arrive before Christmas.

I paid over a large amount for these as a gift, but I can't speak to the quality because they still haven't arrived. At this point, I just want a refund so I can buy something else, but customer service refused since the order is supposedly "on the way."
I would not recommend going through the same frustration I have. Save your money.

Poor experience - they make out they are a uk company but they are based in china. I ordered 3 canvasses on 6th dec in plenty of time for Xmas presents - it is 24th December and they have not arrived. They managed to get on a plane from china on 21st dec so god only knows when I’ll get them - back out shopping for a different present. Rubbish

At the checkout it said to order today to receive on time it before Xmass - well today is the 24th and it’s not even dispatched. No one answering me on their Instagram.

Glad I paid with Amex, will dispute this.
