I was very disappointed , after been in your restaurant many time .. the food is just ok sorry

The experience was excellent! Really easy to order and very useful delivery updates. The instructions to prepare the food were easy to follow and most importantly, the food was delicious!

Gauthier have been offering 7/8 course vegan tasting menus for home preparation and serving since the autumn. We have treated ourselves to one on a monthly basis and treat is the right word.

They have been a joy to eat, imaginative, and have encouraged us to broaden our vegan horizon. They are designed for four people and that has given us, as a couple, two generous dinners each. There is no problem with keeping them for a couple of days.

The presentation and preparation instructions are accurate and clear, but you do need to run through the timings in advance.

The boxes are very good value at under £20 per head for high end restaurant quality food.

This was our first lockdown gourmet food box and it was just fantastic. Two of us split the box over Friday then Saturday evening and we were happily full both nights.

Mega Vegan experiance.
Myself and my partner had the absolute delight of experiacing Gauthier @ homes Korean box.
The box is neatly presented and easy to prepare, with absolutely minimal effort to achieve restaurant standard dishes!
Packaging is almost entirely recyclable but still managed to endure its journey to us in scotland.
The dishes are well prepared, balanced and easily preppared, even for a novice cook like myself.
Its great to see a restaurant providing a regulary changing menu in these rather stagnant times.
I would urge everybody to try this @home box, vegan or not. I swear its delicious!

Excellent box! We've been fans of Gauthier restaurant for many years and were thrilled when Alexis pved in his new vegan direction. We finally ordered a box last week and it was so lovely. Big selection of dishes, enough for two evenings (we are 2). Highly recommended. See you all soon at the restaurant we hope!

Not worth the price. We got the Korean box and it was so disappointing we didn’t get through the meal. There wasn’t much flavour and very little effort was put into it. Would not recommend.

Had the Valentine’s Day box with the wine pairing and it was great. Not our first Gauthier box and doubt it’ll be our last. Can’t recommend enough!

Every meal should be as good and entertaining as what Mr Gauthier and his team has delivered to my door.
I've ordered the Marrakech Box and from start to end the journey was a delight.
Everything arrived on time and in a nice ecological packaging, and the food was meeting high quality standards.
Special mention for the Couscous, Harira and Brioutat, the preparation was as easy as it could be and my basic skills were more than enough.
I will definitely recommend it to some of my family and friends and looking forward for the next ones.

We have ordered three boxes so far - one was not vegan (with apologies to Alexis) - but all of them have been exceptional in terms of quality, flavour and value. Other Michelin starred chefs should take note - if you expect people to finish cooking your food, serve themselves and not enjoy the atmosphere of your restaurants, you cannot charge them the same as if they eat in your restaurant. Alexis has taken this to heart - three cheers for being fair to his customers and for providing great food

This was such a treat. Tasty food prepared so minimal effort is needed to serve it. And, all vegan! The tasting menu approach made it different from menus even experienced cooks might prepare at home. Please, Gauthier, continue with these boxes even though we are looking forward to coming to the restaurant soon.

I'm not a fan of anything vegan, my brother convinced me to try and it was excellent.

We have order two of the Vegan Box so far and they were just outstanding.
There is enough food for four peoples, which is perfect for my wife, my two boys and myself (we are all vegetarian by the way but the food is so delicious we could very well become vegan).
The box where very easy to order on the website and it always comes on time.
I cannot wait for our next box !

my favorite restaurant offers boxes i absolutely wanted to try 8 dishes my marrakesh menu was extraordinary. The delivery was very fast and it is really the gastronomy at home. I am already very interested in the Korean week, thank you alexis gauthier

Ordered the Marrakesh menu for a special occasion. Most of it went in the bin as unpalatable. All very wet with very little texture or flavour. Definitely not the flavours of Marrakesh I am familiar with. I emailed Alexis outlining my disappointment and commenting on several of the dishes. He was clearly not open to customer criticism. His lengthy response outlined how he himself had enjoyed the dishes, summing up with "I absolutely loved our take on Moroccan cuisine and I hope you will accept my view to differ on our criticisms." He also seems to have missed the irony of his statement that he had "never been to a vegan Moroccan restaurant"
This wasn't just a bad cheap take-out, it was a very expensive box of largely tasteless vegetable soups.
I was offered a £30 voucher off my next box, which I would normally have considered by way of giving him the benefit of the doubt, however in light of the self-righteous response I have turned the offer down. I did, however, outline a couple of good vegan restaurants he might like to try.

This is our third home vegan box over the past 2 months. Value for money is really impressive. 8 courses for 4 persons. All delicious and easy to prepare. My only slight concern was the amount of packaging the box involves. They recently changed to a 100% compostable box which is very welcome.
