Gavin was born in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and now based in Macclesfield Cheshire. Since 2014 been producers of delicious South African Biltong products plus traditional Boerewors Sausage as well as various smoked meat products. Has 5* food rating and FSA oval approval stamp.

I have bought from Gavin for a number of year, his products are top class and the quality is always first class. I have eaten Biltong for years and Gavin’s biltong rates in the top 3, that I have ever eaten. Gavin’s work ethic is strong, delivery is always reliable. My first choice biltong supplier.

Proper Biltong
Before I knew about Gavin and his Biltong, I made it myself. I gave up, not because I am bad at making Biltong, but because Gavin does it way better!
Gavin makes Boerewors, Droewors, well the whole palette of feel good South African must have food, delivered lightening fast.
