We are experts at servicing, repairing and sourcing the best printers and ink products for our customers. We are extremely happy to spend time with customers discussing their ink and printer needs and recommending the right products and services for them, – not the most expensive option but the option that is right for them. We will take the time to reassure them that their printer will not “crash” or fail if they don’t buy an expensive branded cartridge – despite the frightening error messages that may flash up on your printer from time to time. Liam called as he had compared my current order to my previous one and noticed the cartridges were different. Actually the mistake was on my previous order (I had given these to my daughter). He included a prepaid envelope for me to return them for credit against my next order. What service :-)

The cartridges arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one set was not working correctly but after a couple of calls to GBC it was sorted out promptly. Very impressed
