DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is a scam company, they have multiple company names such as "Grand Coaches" and check the reviews for them. Simply awful. They stole £250. I booked a minibus 10 days in advance for guests and family, including my 87 year old Grandparents, to take them home after my Wedding Reception. It cost me £250 as mentioned above. I was in contact with their dispatcher Kay, and we ironed out the details & I had mentioned it wasn't for me as I have separate transport. (Wedding Reception) Long Story short, no one ever showed up, leaving my guests and grandparents stranded in the cold and wet, they waited for 1/2 hour and then had to make alternative arrangements. No one attempted to contact me at all. I called them the next day and I had sent them a copy of my call log to prove no one had tried to contact me and they lied saying the driver was there and they had phoned but did not want to provide any evidence. I am having to take them to court to recover the money they owe me.

I booked with this company for a coach for a weekend travelling to London for the weekend. What turned up was a 7-seat van and a 16-seat minibus. The contract was for a coach. I would never recommend this company to anybody. When I contacted them after the weekend they said that's all they had so I asked why you took my booking as you can guess the answer. This cost me £1400, appalling firm.
