Thank you for your feedback. We find it strange that you consider the hoodie cheap material when it’s the most popular hoodie used for leavers hoodies used by most print companies in the UK and many of our customers have left feedback mentioning how they thought the hoodie was great value for money. The hoodie was chosen by the school and they also checked all of the hoodies before they were handed out to the school children. The hoodies were dispatched early to the school before the requested date so that they could wear on their residential and at a very reasonable price.

Good afternoon. Thank you for the feedback. Your items are personalised and as per the terms and conditions take up to 28 days for delivery as shown on the club page and product items when you placed the order. Your items were dispatched within a day of arriving from the supplier and within approx 15 days from the order which is faster than the market norm. If you have any further issues I suggest you speak to your club representative as they are fully aware of the time it can take to deliver. Regards Graham
