misleading information and no customer service
I just used their services and I am not happy with the customer service. It is a Canadian business but no contact, address or even email on their web site to connect them. The service charge as a Canadian business you assume is in CAD but they charged me as 19 USD with exchange rate of 1.41???!!!!! This is a misleading and is fraud
