Manual process system
Used them to sell a best buy gift card. I liked that they manually verified everything instead of rushing the transaction. Payment came through and I'd recommend them.

TERRIBLE!! They said it was pending for 4 days and I checked my gift card , they cleaned it out !! $125 !!! Plus never got paid ‘n SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I am calling the gift card issuer to see who redeemed it and how I can get this company to go out of business and pay everyone they’ve scammed . They need to be reported . All they do is respond with the sane messages and never do anything about it . Sell our gift cards for their profit . I’m not going to let it go , I’m going to get to the bottom of it because I don’t want anyone rise to get scammed . DO NOT USE THIS SIGHT !

Horrible communications
Horrible communications. Have a simple gift card that should be easy to clarify everything is in order. I am waiting now close to 6 hours. EST was under 8 hours. Bunch of Frauds. PRIMO-150F6E-0D0. I will be calling the local authorities for theft.

Submitted $55 Walmart Gift Card 2.5 days ago and still NOTHING! No payment, no update, no movement. I wrote customer service and they keep telling me they are processing it. I went to Walmart’s website and checked the gift card balance and it’s at $0. Where’s my money?!? PRIMO-483380-EF58

I highly doubt there's any single person who has been paid in the 8hr window they say they offer.
2 best buy cards merchandise was removed on 24 still haven’t process my cash
So I sold them 2 Best Buy cards . They remove the money on the 24 it said it would take 8 hours to process. My question is if you have already process and removed the funds from the card why haven’t I receive my Zelle payment yet has been now 3days . PRIMO-3435DD-0CB1 is my reference number. If you have already proceeds and remove the funds from the merchandise I should have already been paid out. I checked the balance and both are the cards are empty . I thought when you take the money off then you will process the cash. & my account it still said in my end that yall haven’t received the payment but when I verify through Best Buy the process was done days ago.

Support replied to my emails and guide me through the verification process. The payout came at the end but took a bit more time than usual.

Used it for gift card
Used it for a Uniqlo gift card. The payout was not as quick I hoped but it was completed exactly a quoted. A little faster communication would make it a five stars experience.
Works, there is just no communication
Took the money from my gift card immediately. Im at day 5 with nothing. No email, no text, and when I use chatbot it says someone will be with you then nobody every answers. Don't waste your gift cards
EDIT: I received the money. It takes a couple days, and there is no communication during any of it. I didnt mind the time taken just being in the dark the entire time is weird.

Keep on eye on status page
The whole process was easier than I expected. After submitting my card, I kept on eye on the status page and received payment the following day. I'd use the service again!
Biggest improvement would be live chat
I think the biggest improvement would be the live chat. Email support get back to me but I waited quite a while hoping to speak with someone through chat. Thankfully, the payout still precessed which is what matter most.
