I have a bad experience with this company. I ordered a product from them but it didn’t arrive. They promised to refund me and they didn’t do that. This situation inspired me to create a youtube channel and tiktok videos where I will expose the companies who do not deliver their promises and the companies with bad activities that I or other people have experienced. Geek and gorgeous will be the one I will start with.

J'aime beaucoup leur serum à la vitamine C pure. La livraison est ultra rapide et sérieuse ! Comme quoi, il est possible de proposer des produits et services de qualités. Bravo !

Je commande depuis maintenant 2 ou 3 ans sur le site, les produits sont supers et abordables, je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème avec la livraison.

Tous les produits sont parfaits chez Geek and Gorgeous. Vraiment. Des formules bien pensées, simples et efficaces, sans parfum, rien d'irritant ou potentiellement allergisant. Je prends tous mes produits ici et en Kbeauty. Il y a ici de quoi faire toute une routine. Des produits légers et non comédogènes en prime. Les livraisons sont ultra rapides.

Love this brand and had to show it some love on here as it seems to be more lowkey. The first product I bought was the Hydration Station moisturiser as I heard it was good for fungal acne. It's amazing and I use it everyday. It's also thicker than the usual fungal-acne safe moisturisers which I love. Since then I've tried other products and I now use the Stress Less and aPAD serum in my daily routine (great for blemish-prone skin). Their customer service and delivery is also super speedy. 10/10 brand!

I’ve tried almost every product in the G&G line and found their formulations excellent. Especially for the price!

My favourite products are the Mighty Melt makeup remover, A Game Retinal, Stress Less, B Bomb niacinamide, A-Pad and the new and really fabulous Power Peptides. My 66 yo skin has improved dramatically since discovering this affordable brand. Cannot wait to see what they come up with next!

Shipping is fast and easy to track - but expensive if you don’t hit the minimum for free shipping, so I always make sure to order a few things at a time - an inexpensive way to widen my experience of their product line.

I’ve had cause to contact customer service and I found them informative and super-helpful.

Lovely products and good customer service but I find their returns policy unfair. I'm in the UK and have to pay over £7.50 to return an item that costs just over £12. What's the point? I'm going to end up keeping it because it's not worth my while. They don't ship to the UK from Hungary so why can't I return it to a UK address.

Can't give more than two stars because of this. Definitely a barrier to repurchasing.

My and my daughter ( 14 yo with acne ) we trayed all products . They are just great! In 6 months after 3 years of hard struggle with acne my daughter has fantastic, clean skin ! I love B- bomb, stres less serum , cleansing balm, vit C . They are really effective!!!

This has really helped on my rosacia issue. I use the Jelly wash - aPad and happier barrier. Also sunfactor 50 every morning. Now I don't need medical pills anymore. Can absolutely recommend the product for any rosacea patients. And to a very reasonably price.

Great company. Effective products. I prefer them to The Ordinary. There was a delivery issue which was a mistake on my end, and they refunded me right away!

I went online to purchase a Geek & Gorgeous product and the G&G website stated that IF I purchased then a "free gift" would be added to my purchase.
The free gift did not arrive - so I have spent the last two weeks trying to find out why. Geek & Gorgeous state that although the website offers the gift, the offer is from G&G Hungary (?) and not G&G UK (!).
I asked how I was supposed to know ... as I just responded to their purchase offer. They have come back again to say that whilst other areas of the G&G empire are making the offer I responded to online, they are not.
I asked for the contact details of their Customer Service Director or CEO ... but I cannot get past their "Support" team, who are saying ..."I am not sure exactly how you want us to proceed, but I will liase with Geek & Gorgeous, so that it is not misleading that you are getting a free gift.". All this tells me is that the Geek & Gorgeous support team are NOT even part of Geek & Gorgeous !!
Worst service I have experienced in many years ...

After finally getting through to someone at Geek And Gorgeous, they resolved my issue quickly. They also explained the situation, but only after trying the old "your email went into spam" line first :) The product is great and once you get through, the customer service is efficient too. I can't leave 5 stars due to the overall experience, but I highly recommend these products!
