I recently bought a PC based on the 'Frame' gaming PC. I requested a number of changes to the parts, all of which GeekaPC were more than happy to accommodate. They also answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly (including responding on a bank holiday!), and I had many, many questions! Their support really is top notch, and I could not have hoped for a better experience getting my first custom-built PC! The PC arrived within the stated delivery window and was packaged very securely. It was plug and play from the moment I received it and very clear instructions were provided for the initial boot. Everything came configured and the PC is working an absolute treat! If you are looking to get a quality pre-built PC and amazing customer service from start to finish, I would highly recommend GeekaPC!

Just recieved my new pre built PC. Wooow is all i can say for a number of reasons. Firstly which I always look for. The customer service and how quickly they respond is nothing short of fist class.. had issues with no signal on my monitor and they assisted me and resolved bmw issues asap. The pre built Frame with RTX 5080 is 10/10. Can't recommend this company anymore than I have. So humble but so knowledgeable also. There videos are superb to follow which I used when setting up PC. Thanks so so much...

I've wanted to upgrade my pc setup for many years and always decided it was something I didnt need to waste money on, but after seeing GeekaPcC's Emperor I finally caved and bought one. It arrived within 2 working days and I can't believe how amazing it is. The build quality, design and performance are amazing and I couldn't be happier.

Saw geekapc on TikTok and was impressed by their unbiased approach, knowledge and testing helping me decide the pc I was looking for. Normally I play safe going to the big players in the market but was impressed by their approach and range of pcs geekapc offer and thought their prices were competitive. Through the process of purchase and delivery I can say hands down their one to one support has been amazing. Many don’t take into consideration the support side of suppliers but can say geekapc were really good. I felt they genuinely serious about reputation and can say they delivered

I bought the ‘Emperor’ pc from Geekapc and it has been great. Fast tracked shipping and the pc was super well packaged. The cable management is great and the pc looks amazing. I contacted support for delivery details and they were fast and friendly to reply. The PC performance is amazing so far I can’t wait to play more on it. I would definitely recommend buying from here.

Took 4 business days to come was packaged amazingly and when I messaged to ask about delivery ETA i had a response within a couple of hours!
Support this business they’re great.
Not much info wise and the little reviews there are seem too good to be true but they’re legit!
Will continue to use for all my PC needs!

Very good customer service. PC arrived within the time they said and no issues with the pc. The packaging was very good to ensure it wasn't damage in transit too.

Its also nice that on the site all the part are listed with make and model unlike some other PC builder's who will just put something like PSU etc. Most of us do like to know all the parts which go into the build even the small things like fans etc. And if you ask them in chat you get a answer . The PC arrived in 4 days .

The whole process was a breeze from ordering to actually having it infront of me and it came with instructions on how to set up a little bit and if I had any questions the owner made the process very understandable and easy.

i ordered from them over the christmas/new year period and expected a wait due to the new year etc. however i was contacted by email and kept informed as my order progressed. on the day of delivery the delivery driver boched the delivery (this was nothing to do with GeekaPC) icontacted GeekaPC by email and had a ring back within ten mins.they sorted it out and i had my computer delivered on the same day. they rang back to make sure that all was ok and to give me a time frame for the delivery driver. a first class service

Sent the pc to me very quickly especially considering it was during the Christmas - new year period. Answered all the questions I had (which were a lot) perfectly and quickly. Couldn’t recommend more

I was buying my first ever gaming PC and really worried about getting it wrong but Geekapc were helpful and attentive whenever I had queries they responded that day or next morning if I asked evening before they never tried selling extras even advising me when they thought I was spending more than needed so I couldn't be happier with service and my PC it exactly what I was told I was getting and it runs like a dream. 10/10 I'll use them again in future for any upgrades.

Was looking at building my first PC however RAM prices meant it was easier to buy a pre build. Found GeekaPC and bought their 'Frame' build. I was familiar with the hardware involved in PCs but was still new to the optimisation side of things. They do this all for you, however their customer service is amazing and they answered all my questions quickly and clearly including step by step instructions on how optimise my fans. Very impressed with everything overall, fast shipping, brilliant customer service and a very good PC.

Super amazing quality and extra amazing customer support that even helped me on Sundays which they normally don't work on.
