I have now ordered something from gee one several times. Every order has arrived as expected, one took slightly longer but one of the products I ordered was listed in the site as preorder, and considering this, it still arrived promptly.
I have bought elsewhere and received the wrong product twice, prompting this review and furthering my opinion that gee one are good.
I have also found their prices to be mostly good but some sites offer some products cheaper.

Hands-down the best fidget toys store I've bought from. They have a responsive and helpful support chat, and have very good English even though they are based in mainland China. I've gotten an email within 24 hours to continue the chat once they've sent a response.

Their return policy wants the item in good condition without dents and scratches, but they do accept opened packages. Custom items aren't accepted unless it is defective.

The GeeOne team shipped a large order of mine but one of the items (Proxy EDC Fang Kit) had some problem with customs and got stuck. I contacted the GeeOne team after noticing this. They immediately shipped a replacement using a forwarding company to ensure it got to me. They kept me informed with tracking numbers and progress and I didn't even need to ask. They have given me such exceptional customer service that I felt the need to write this review unprompted. My kit arrived safe and sound. I am more than happy!

Very slow and very bad service they are the WORST ever dont buy at Geeone never.

Very good company. They send emails through every step of the transaction process including tracking information. They respond very quickly to emails and the shipping took 10-12 days from China to Italy. Very good times. Very good prices also. They even gave me a free pouch for my 01 pod-L slider. Very happy with my purchase and with the company. Very professional. Nothing bad to say. Highly Recommended
