Appalling Warranty Support & Refusal to Honor Consumer Rights (Order #63198)
I am writing this review to warn prospective buyers about the non-existent customer service and unreasonable warranty process at Geepas UK / Western International Group.
I purchased a 20-Bar Stainless Steel Barista Coffee Espresso Machine (Order #63198). When the steamer unit failed, I followed all correct procedures, contacting customer support and providing video evidence of the defect as requested on 2nd July 2026.
What followed was weeks of complete silence, ignored reminders (sent on 8th, 9th, and 13th July), and zero updates from their technical team. Because of their prolonged inaction and unannounced delays, keeping a non-functional, defective appliance indefinitely was neither practical nor safe, so I disposed of the unit and requested my refund.
Despite acknowledging their "considerable delay" and poor handling of my case, Geepas UK customer service has consistently hidden behind rigid internal policies—refusing to issue a refund without a physical return of an item they know was disposed of solely due to their own unresponsiveness. Furthermore, every reply from their support team arrives as a disconnected, separate email thread, causing total confusion and forcing customers to repeat the facts endlessly.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, remedies for defective goods must be provided within a reasonable timeframe and without significant inconvenience. Geepas UK has failed on both counts.
I have now been left with no option but to escalate this matter to "Citizens Advice / Trading Standards" and initiate a "bank Chargeback" to recover my funds. Save yourself the headache and buy from a brand that actually stands behind its products and respects consumer rights.
UPDATE (31 July 2026):
Geepas UK posted a standard public reply above asking me to contact support@geepas. Please note that I have already exchanged dozens of emails with that exact support address over the past month (Order #63198). In their private emails, they explicitly refused to honor the refund without a physical return—despite knowing the machine was disposed of due to their own weeks-long unannounced delays. This public reply is purely a template PR exercise. I am now proceeding with a formal bank chargeback and escalating the case to Citizens Advice.

I recently bent the lid of my mini food processor, which I love. Even though it’s small, it’s powerful!
I reached out to Geepas to see if it was possible to buy a replacement.
Not only did they offer to send one free, the level of customer service I received was outstanding.
My request was raised with the warehouse team to send, but after a couple of weeks, the part hadn’t arrived, so I contacted Niveditha at customer services again. She apologised and quickly contacted the warehouse again. I was kept in touch with after that until my part arrived.
What a breath of fresh air it was to deal with a company with such fantastic customer service.

Needed toaster and matching kettle
Needed toaster and matching kettle. Toaster had to be 4 slice. Was happy with choice. Colour is great. Only a little niggle is the toaster doesn't allow for long slice of bread but otherwise good value for money. Very happy with both.

Great customer care
Great customer care from this company. Any problems I had (which were minimal) was quickly sorted. Friendly, helpful and easily contacted. Emails were answered promptly and my assistant (Sreya MS ) went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Will definately buy from them again

Poor quality products…
I got delivery on time but product is not good. After two use it is broken with it self. Not recommend to anyone. Quality is not good. Customer service is not good.

Hi l bought your heavy weight dry iron which l love l plugged it in as soon as it arrived what a dream l had some cotton pillow cases that l was going to throw out as too hard to get the creases out so l used my new iron amazing not a crease to be seen l was so fed up with these steam irons that made ironing hard work steam stop working after a while clogs up with lime l truly can say this is the best iron l have had in long time and a really good price another thing it’s not too big looks very exspensive also happy ironing days for me now Thankyou so much
