A.I features
We actually like the fact that A.I. can help us improve the way we do our SOP's. The way Gembadocs has it layout out is easy to do. Highly recommend it.

Great support and very easy to use app. We have over 350 documents created which streamlines our business operations.

Makes documenting procedures as easy as…
Makes documenting procedures as easy as possible. It has overall streamlined the whole machine. It’s cost effective and simple to use. What more could you want from a tool like this.

Lots of bugs and bad support
The app is extremely buggy and disorganized. Keeping SOP's categorized and in folders is very labour intensive and requires multiple steps, which is the opposite of lean.
Photo uploads are very compressed which makes them unusable when it comes to using any type of computer screenshots. Their solution was just to zoom in but that defeats the purpose when you're trying to show the user of the SOP how to navigate something.
Support is also pretty bad. Anytime I've had an issue I've had to send 2-3 emails to get a response.
It has the potential to be great, but they have a lot of work to do

We'd like to address some of your feedback:
Categories (Tags): When creating a GembaDoc you can tag the SOP straight away, and if you need to update the category, simply click the three dot menu on a SOP in the main view and hit 'Manage Tags'. We're not sure where it's onerous from your comment, so we'll review the creation/usability in our next user testing to identify.
Support: We're sorry to hear on occasion you've not had the response we'd expect from the team. To streamline our support in our recent update we introduced our new bug-reporting system direct in the app (and at https://gembadocs.com/report-issue), that goes direct to development for direct and quicker support to customers, alongside our new support hub with guides and articles.
Folders: We're a community-focused product, and love to get any developments direct from our users - so please feel free to drop us a development request (https://gembadocs.com/#contact) for your folder management concept and our team will add it to our monthly product development reviews.
