This was my first time ordering my glasses with them, the process was smooth. I got in touch with them regarding how i wanted my lenses, Ankit was prompt and more than happy to oblige with my requests and to answer any of my questions.

Ankit assisted me over WhatsApp from the beginning of the process and helped me with product dimensions and images. I was sceptical at first because it seemed too good to be true, but it IS TOO GOOD AND TRUE. I loved the product and the packaging. Fast delivery even with standard shipping!

I have been purchasing sunglasses from Gem Opticians for the last 2 years and I can tell that their service is impeccable. They are one of the very few retailers in India who stock the best luxury brands with a wide range of models. Ankit's service and hospitality is top notch and he makes sure that the customer is satisfied completely after understanding the customer's needs. Ankit gave me a detailed explanation of the customized tinted lenses and he is too good and humble. In short Gem Opticians is the best retailer I have ever seen in my life.

Beware of fraudsters! I ordered a product worth ₹36,531, but when the package arrived, I was shocked: Gem Opticians had sent me only a pair of glasses worth ₹100 inside the box. When I subsequently informed the company about this, they assured me of a refund or a credit note; however, as time passed, Gem Opticians began to change their colors like a chameleon. The owner spoke to me rudely, and the staff stopped responding to my messages and phone calls. I earnestly request you all not to purchase anything from the company named Gem Opticians; they are engaging in fraudulent activities. Please stay away from such people. I have already filed a complaint in the Consumer Court. May God help me.

It has been an absolute pleasure to be a customer. I ordered three sunglasses, one for myself (Burberry), one for my wife (Michael Kors) and one for my mother (Swarovski) in October 2024. All three were delivered seamlessly and in pristine condition.
