Unreliable

Hi all, Please don’t trust this company. I placed an order and paid for it. They sent me an email saying the order shipped and it would take 5 weeks. After 5 weeks I did not receive the order and emailed them. They did not respond so I created a dispute with the bank. Then they got upset and emailed me saying they never received my email and my order shipped.

I told them I would only drop the dispute if they could prove the order is coming to my address and name with a US carrier. They could not provide that evidence saying the tariffs and backlog caused the delay. They say it should arrive in 14 days but the tracking info they sent me on 17track website (which never stated my name and address ) says 45 additional days after being shipped on Oct 31st and getting on a plane on Nov 5th. They also gave me a handwritten note with my name saying it shipped. They have also sent warehouse photos of packages which could have came from anywhere on the internet or AI. They also sent me an official notice about mail being suspended as of November 18th which contradicts their tracking information.

On top of that they constantly emailed and messaged me saying they will take legal action if I didn’t drop the dispute. AVOID buying here at ALL costs! Terrible!

Ruby and diamond ring

Ordered my ring and got an email confirmation immediately, another email the next day saying the ring had been shipped and ut was delivered within 24 hours of shipping even to Northern Ireland which usually takes a day or two later!

The ring itself is absolutely beautiful. Exactly as described and the packaging was great.

I purchased via the website link on their instagram account.

This seller send me fake Alexandrite…

I am writing this to warn others about this fraudulent seller who scammed me. I purchased what was claimed to be a genuine Alexandrite stone, and the seller provided a certificate to "prove" its authenticity. However, after receiving the item, I had it examined by a certified gemologist who confirmed that the stone is not Alexandrite at all — it's a fake, and the certificate is also forged.

I have gathered all the necessary evidence and documentation to support my claim, including expert verification and communication records with the seller. When I confronted the seller with the proof and requested a refund or resolution, he immediately blocked me and cut off all contact.

This behavior clearly shows bad intent and dishonest business practices. I strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with this seller. He is a complete fraud and should not be trusted under any circumstances.

A bad experience personally

Ordered my stones on the 11th November
Didn’t get a delivery date ?
Asked for a delivery date got a Royal Mail tracking number sent to me.
The stones arrived in London airport, then were sent to Scotland….
I live in York ! When asked why my stones had been sent to Scotland 200 miles away from me when I live in York “has to pass through York to get to Scotland from London”🤷🏻‍♂️, got told not to worry my order will be with me in a few days….. that was two weeks ago. Have asked why my order was sent to Scotland….. no reply!
Asked again when my order would be arriving….. no reply !
Just had to contact my bank to start reclaim procedures. I don’t want to do this I just want my order 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
I’ve lost hope of my little boys Christmas present arriving. All the reviews I have read on these guys is all very positive so can’t work out why my order is so screwed up.
In reply to Gemstones reply. Right this is what happened I got intouch with Royal Mail they said that the delivery address on the package was different to my address, I checked and all the details I put in at point of purchase was correct. So not my fault and Royal Mail said I couldn’t do anything anyway as it could only be the sender who could sort it out. I notified Gembank. Who didn’t offer me a we will send you another lot of the same amount because we got it wrong🤷🏻‍♂️. They just kept asking me to stop the bank reclaim order. All I wanted was what I paid for. ! I’m not going to pay for goods that have been sent to the wrong address by no fault of my own. It was a simple fix but they only thing they offered was a 60% discount on my next order……🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
