Love how there are so many different preset patterns to choose from. It's a little difficult to get true colors when choosing a pattern as the system is somewhat touchy (ie true blue, bright orange).... Ver más

I installed this system about 2-3 years…
I installed this system about 2-3 years ago and now they want to charge me $390 for a new update to install controler hub 2 and i dont think this is fair after spending so much money to install this system and having to pay $390 for the new update

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that Hub2 is not a required software update to keep your current system working.
Your system is still supported and will continue to provide the functionality it was designed for.
Hub2 is an optional hardware upgrade to our newer controller platform, with additional features and capabilities. The cost covers the new hardware, setup, and installation required for the upgrade.
Upgrading is completely optional. Customers can choose to move to the newer platform if they find value in the additional features.
Not honoring watantee
We had ours installed in 2021. Horrible experience. The lights are fading in spots and discolored throughout. There are a lot of colors we can’t use because the color is off on some of the segments. The motors run loud. Our installer went out if business. They won’t honor the warranty. And the newer designed systems are incompatible with the old system. We custom designed our eaves for these lights so we will have to replace the entire Gemstone system, plus our younger and groove cedar with it. Gemstone has not been helpful at all. We are getting a nice system installed and we will not use gemstone.

Excellent job by Gemstone Lighting
I’m extremely happy with the work Gemstone Lighting did on my home. They installed exterior lighting, and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent.
The installation was done by CMD Electric Limited, and they did a fantastic job. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. They worked efficiently and paid great attention to detail, making sure everything looked clean and perfectly aligned.
The final result looks amazing—my house has a whole new look, and the lighting really enhances its appearance. It’s both functional and visually impressive. You can tell the quality of the product and workmanship is top-notch.
I would highly recommend Gemstone Lighting to anyone looking to upgrade their home’s exterior. They did a great job!

The lights are great
The lights are great, and the customer service is awesome. I needed them to come out twice to fix some wind damage done to the tracks, and they did it fast and professionally without charge. The lights themselves very body in my neighborhood love so very customizable and the colors you can literally do any color design and pattern, the new app even does the holidays for you. so you never miss one

Gemstone Lights make your home pop
Jason and his crew installed our lights in less than a day and man they look great. I have had a few hiccups with the system since it was installed, but It has only taken a phone call or a text message to get Jason’s help. I would definitely recommend Gemstone lights to anyone as the app is very user friendly and has many preset settings. The lights are also individually addressable so I can customize the color of each led to create my own custom lighting designs.
