I’d give it a 0 but I couldn’t. What a scam. Said it was a cotton blend and the pictures on the website were lovely. The product I received was absolute garbage. 100% polyester with no shape, not near the colour portrayed and nothing at all like the photos. Can’t believe I fell for this. Very disappointed, SCAM, SCAM,SCAM!! Don’t order from this site or any of the others with different names but the same product portrayed on Pinterest. Shame on you.

Another Chinese scam. First of all, the product they sent me is nothing like the one described on their website; its vastly inferior to what I expected when I ordered. The second part of this total scam is the return deal. The website return policy says just send it back for a full refund, less shipping. Sounds perfectly normal and reasonable, right? Wrong. They don't tell you this little detail in their policy statement, but you have a very short time in which to return the item, and you must return it only using US Post Office (no FEDEX or UPS etc.) AND you have to ship it to their location in CHINA!
Their first email to me regarding returning the clothing did not say it had to be sent to China, but did say - if I met their very detailed return criteria, I could keep (the useless) item and Genderlink would refund 15% of the item price. I replied that I met their return criteria and would return the item, I assumed to their US distribution address, at my expense, for the full price refund. Their second email then revealed that I'd get no refund if I sent it to the US address, and instead I'd have to send it to China. They did, however, sweeten their deal by offering for me to keep the item and they'd send me a 25% refund. In short, this company is a complete scam. and caution: this methodology is trending; there are several other sites now pulling this same scam; so try to find honest, independent reviews (not AI generated fake reviews) before ordering. Will I ever get my 25% refund? I'll update this review and let you know. But don't hold your breath!

I ordered a product from Genderlink, and I am extremely frustrated and angry.
The website promised one thing, but what I received was completely different – from the price to the product itself and even the return options.
Customer service was unresponsive, unclear, and unhelpful.
This felt like serious deception and total lack of transparency.
Everyone reading this: think twice before buying anything from this site – check carefully, or you might regret

Ricevuto articolo totalmente diverso da quello ordinato. Mi spiace non poter allegare foto, ma da una maglia in lana con ricami in rilievo mi è arrivata una brutta t-shirt sintetica di pessima qualità e stampata ( stampa anche molto scadente).
Il sito spaccia la ditta per americana, ma la spedizione è cinese. Inviato due mail di reclamo a cui non hanno risposto
Davvero da evitare.

Commandé des boules de Noël à figure animale de 10 cm de diamètre... reçus des "magnets" de 1mm d'épaisseur 5 à 7 cm de diamètre sur lesquelles était imprimé les têtes des animaux. Mis 1 étoile parce que je ne pouvais pas mettre moins. Une PURE ARNAQUE: à fuir sans regret!! et je ne vous parle pas des conditions de retour :(

They showed pictures of stuffed cute xmas ornaments. They delivered pictures of the ornaments. Then they strong-armed me re a refund, must ship via usps, must pay their shipping to me and BTW, if its not received in 15 days then no refund. Its false advertising and fraudulent.

They falsely advertised free shipping and free returns. I was charged shipping and have to pay for return shipping. It is impossible to return an item! Also, they grossly misrepresent their products! The sweater I received looks nothing like the photo on their website.

TOTAL scam. Christmas ornament is shown in video moving, blinking, head movement etc. NO WAY you get that for $8. SO... what you DO get is a piece of plastic with the depiction of the animal/bird you selected. About 3"x 2" flat piece of plastic with an image similar to what you would cut out of the newspaper. There is absolutely no attempt to provide what you think you are getting.

This is another Chinese scam it looks as if they have photographed a quality quilted bag and printed photo onto fabric . Label on plastic bag says quilted but has no quilting anywhere. Very inferior bag £78 rip off. Too much of this rife on internet

Its a scam dresses nothing like advert cheap chinese poleyester knock offs no beading or embroidery not even the same design/ style of dress that was ordered
