Made an incorrect order for my gender reveal and the business was not able to make any adjustments despite me contacting them within 3 minutes of making my order. Not a nice experience for a time which is supposed to be special. Customer service was rude. Will not use or recommend in the future.

We hired gender reveal cannons from this company and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked, their communication was fantastic — they were friendly, helpful, and made everything so easy and stress-free for us.

The cannons were high quality, easy to use, and worked perfectly on the day, giving us the most beautiful and exciting reveal moment with our family and friends. Everything was organised professionally and exactly as described, which made us feel so confident leading up to such a special occasion.

I requested to cancel my order before it was shipped, but the company refused, claiming “change of mind,” even though their written policy wording is unclear and does not clearly state that cancellations are prohibited prior to dispatch. Instead of resolving the issue reasonably, they repeated the same scripted response and would not point to any specific clause supporting their refusal.
It feels unfair to deny cancellation when nothing has been shipped.
I would strongly recommend reading their policies very carefully before ordering, because once you place an order, you may not be able to cancel, even if they haven’t sent anything.
Unfortunately, this was not a positive customer experience.

I received my order containing a flare and confetti cannon, however the flare had been poorly packaged by the company and had leaked powder throughout the parcel. Unfortunately, this meant the gender reveal was no longer a surprise, which was very disappointing as it took away from a special moment meant to be shared with family.

I contacted the company to resolve the issue but was advised that it was not their responsibility and was instead blamed on the delivery driver. This explanation is not reasonable, as the item was wrapped multiple times in bubble wrap and the issue clearly stemmed from inadequate packaging.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I suggest looking elsewhere to ensure your gender reveal remains special and truly a surprise.

Ordered a confetti gun and gas, the colour was a surprise organised by a relative.
When we opened the package the colour was through everything which completely ruined the surprise.
Emailed and asked for a refund given the experience was ruined and got a response saying, “not our problem”.

I’d recommend going somewhere local instead of any online provider that shows no empathy or sympathy for such a special occassion.
