I paid for the first meeting for genelean360 which was $97 on 8/11/2024. She rushed through a sales pitch and didn’t really want to hear what I had to say. I really intrigued and was considering, but was on the fence of “no.” My decision was solidified when she provided the price of everything. The whole tone of the meeting (that I paid for) changed and she rushed me off the call. I remember because I was camping with my family, and was in shock that a $97 was that short. I’m not sure the date of the meeting, but my receipt has a date of 8/11/2024 for payment.
Please note that the follow up referred to in their reply below was on 2/09/2026
Over a year and a half later and the follow up was a pitch to sell me a detox

Hannah, I’m sorry the session felt abrupt.
The $97 visit is a structured assessment where we review history, explain what we evaluate, and determine whether the full program would be appropriate. If someone decides not to proceed once pricing and structure are discussed, the consultation concludes at that point rather than continuing as an open-ended coaching visit. The purpose is to provide clarity so a person can make a decision without obligation.
We did attempt to follow up after your appointment because your experience matters to us, even when someone chooses not to continue.

Buyer beware please
This company does not clearly explain the way this company works. After a well crafted sales pitch they take payment prior to allowing the consumer to read and review the details of the service they are committing to. This practice can be considered to be somewhat deceptive as there is no true meeting of the minds as the potential consumer is given only the program highlight, not the full scope of the services provided by the company nor the magnitude of the financial expense that is levied on the consumer. They then attempt to refuse any refund of monies charged, even before there is a binding contract and before services have begun. This company needs to be more transparent upfront when speaking with potential customers and customers should ask for positive results of participants other than Dr. Pobee.
In response to Dr. Pobee, that just isn't true and you know it. You don't acknowledge the facts and the refund was only granted after I had my credit card dispute the charge. Consumers I say again beware. I was charged before even receiving the contract to determine if I would commit to the service. At no time was I told that would be done and requested a refund as soon as the contract was received and reviewed. At no time did I sign the contract or authorize the charge. Also it took several attempts to get a full refund. I highly suggest anyone interested do their due diligence and research Dr. Pobee. By the way, I have receipts. Let it go.
I see you cannot. If what you say is true, produce a signed agreement. You cannot.

Tina, for clarity, enrollment documentation is reviewed and signed before payment is processed. The program includes laboratory testing and prepared materials, which is why the terms state it is non-refundable once initiated, similar to other medical or lab services.
A full refund was issued after you chose not to continue. The refund was issued voluntarily by our team and our records reflect no credit card dispute.

To clarify, GeneLean360° is not a fixed-price program. There is no single cost or set protocol that applies to everyone. While some clients choose to invest in a more comprehensive transformation, others begin with shorter, more targeted phases. The consultation allows us to assess what is appropriate for each person, and we offer a full refund if someone decides it is not a fit.
The urine cellular health test you referenced is provided by an independent laboratory and measures malondialdehyde (MDA), a well-established biomarker of oxidative stress. Results vary from person to person based on diet, lifestyle, and genetics. There is no predetermined outcome. The purpose is to identify where your body may need deeper support.
