My experience at every Genisys branch office has been fantastic. Our home refinancing went very smoothly and the team involved was very attentive to our needs. The online banking service and mobile app both work well for managing your finances remotely. I would highly recommend Genisys for all your banking needs.

I always have a great experience with the tellers. However, the loan/accounts staff in not so good. They are always condescending to me. The corporate staff is even worse. They just treat you like a number, not an actual person.

Genisys Credit Union was there when no other financial institution would be. Our family went through a very rough financial patch and Genisys was there to give us a hand up. Thankfully, that was 8 years ago and our finances are top notch due to the help of Genisys Credit Union. We value the Genisys team and cannot thank them enough.

I’ve been banking with Genesis credit union for almost 5 years. I have made many mistakes, and learned many regulatory lessons over those years. With any other evil banking machine, I would’ve been chewed up and spit out. though the tellers at the counter aren’t very friendly, they have accomplished one task “help me bank” and very well none the less! In minnesota, the only downside i’ve experienced are atm/branch locations. Very few branches here, I live next to one, so I consider myself a lucky person.

Been helpful and courteous. Have helped with several issues I had. Some problems setting up auto pays and new card issues. Not perfect but the best I have had in many years.
