I'm sorry to hear you had a problem with our product Ninetyeightythree, especially after there had already been some issues with your delivery. We usually ship next day with orders arriving within 1 to 3 days, but things do sometimes go missing in the post.
I'd like to reassure you that our ethos is to use the most gentle ingredients we can, but of course people can be allergic or sensitive to a wide variety of substances - even totally natural ones such as henna.
Whilst colour washing off is something we could help with by sending you a free replacement, adapting the processing time and looking at other factors that could have caused this, it does sound like you have a mild sensitivity and might be better trying another product. I'm going to send you a request for information so that we can track down your order, see which dye you tried and suggest an alternative. Of course, we'd also be happy to offer a refund if preferred.
