The engineers from Geobear knew exactly what to do, worked very well as a team, and internal cracks in my property had already closed by the time they had left. Very impressed.

Geobear was approached by a structural engineering firm working for my neighbour. The engineer carried out a street-level video 'site' call with Geobear, and they provided a quote for fixing the extensive damage caused by my neighbours basement work. I called Geobear and explained that the engineer did not work for me, the current position of the legal battle, and they agreed that a resin solution would not be viable. However, they retracted that when we were in front of a judge and my neighbour attempted to convince the judge that this solution (used for sheds and suchlike) was a cost-effective (his cost) solution. The judge was not an idiot and found in my favour. I was disappointed that Geobear had no integrity and was happy to put forward this solution, having never had a site visit. I later found out that they had been given work by the neighbour.

Excellent communication from initial enquiry, survey&technical meeting web call with Paul through to my accepting the quote and arranging the works start.
The two ops who attended to undertake the work were excellent, explaining all the work & monitoring. Completed as agreed method and to the specification. The team were on site on time 08:00 and left by 12:00, all works to programme on the agreed day.
We are extremely pleased with the completed works.

After searching the internet, I came across Geobear and was impressed with the Commercial work undertaken. I called the office and explained my issue and they put me straight onto Paul, my local engineer.
He was extremely helpful, precise in his work and honest with what could be achieved. My conservatory was built on clay ground and over the years caused movement to the structure.
The cost was fair and the whole team from the Office/Admin to onsite crew have been exceptional.
I was kept informed all through the process and after service.
I would highly recommend Geobear for Groundwork reconstruction and stability.

We had been experiencing issues with our porch, due to movement with clay soil drying out each summer.
During a video call David explained our options and talked us through the process and was always very prompt in replying to any questions we had by phone and email.
The team who carried out the work,Alexys and Maciu, were very friendly and professional. The job took a couple of hours with minimal disruption.
So far we are very happy with the outcome, the building has moved back to original position and cracks in the plasterboard had closed.

Contacted Craig after finding out about Geobear online. We were very worried about large cracks in hallway and landing following the hot weather in the summer. Craig was a godsend. He had taken the time to find out so much about our property and the surrounding area in advance of our call and guided us through a visual inspection of our property. Very patient and knowledgeable and put our minds at rest that the house was not going to fall down! He followed up with a written report within a couple of days - amazing service for no fee! We have followed up his recommendations and are awaiting final inspections from our home insurance loss adjusters. It is comforting to know Craig is on the end of a phone or email for further help and support. Would highly recommend to anyone who is experiencing possible movement or subsidence in their property.

Right from the start Geobear gave the impression that they knew what they were doing. Starting with Omar and the video call to look at the issues, he was able to understand what needed to be done and how to go about it.
A quote was quickly produced and how to proceed with the work clearly laid out.
The team that carried out the work called to tell me they would arrive a little late as there was a hold up on the M25 - I appreciated this call. The team still arrived shortly after 0900. They asked me to show them the damage and asked a number of questions about the issue. The engineer advised me of what they would be doing and how it would all be carried out. He also advised me that after the work had been completed then there was likely to be some minor cracking of the plasterwork inside the house, and he showed me where this would be. They spent quite some time identifying where the gas, electricity, water and BT cables were located in order to not cause any damage to the services.
The work was carried out efficiently with no mess, and everything was cleared away at the end of the job. They completed the work by about 1630.
The subsidence repair appears to have been successful with the large cracks in the structure closed. There is some replastering to be carried out which I will get done in the new year.

Contacted Geobear following mild subsidence with cracks forming within the front porch and the door frame warping, causing the door to become difficult to lock. The whole process from virtual site visit to completion was straightforward. The actual work on the day was completed within a couple of hours with no disruption.

The final results were better than I hoped for, with some of the cracks almost disappearing and the door working perfectly again. I was fully expecting to need a new door frame installed or at least get the locks adjusted after Geobear had visited, so it was a massive bonus to be spared that expense.

I got in touch with geobear as I had some small concerns with a few hairline cracks which had appeared. The initial free consultation was extremely informative and although it was deemed that I wouldn't require any work to be carried out for now at least, the consultant Raz continued to give me his time to ensure I was aware of what to look for and when to call back if needed. My mind has been put at ease and if the need for their service ever arises I would not hesitate to call them back.

Communication with Geobear was very easy and confidence inspiring. The video consultation and discussion very straightforward. The work was carried out with minimal disturbance - apart from, as hoped for, a modest raising of the house wall by a few mm!

I have a problem with a brick arch over the front door of my Victorian property coming loose so that the top bricks are starting to slip down and outwards with cracking above. I thought that this was something to do with ground movement but following an excellent video conference with Craig at Geobear he was able to advise that this was just due to the failure of the lintel (archway) and that this can be easily solved with stitching and hence no ground work is required. He was also able to put my mind at rest on some other cracking in the house.

I would recommend Geobear, they provided an excellent service from start to finish, the resin injection solved our floor problems, I was kept informed from start to finish, the work force were very professional, very experienced and friendly. Excellent service provided.

Made contact with Geobear for a small residential scheme on Isle of Wight and they attended to carry out a Survey and provided a competitive quote which was accepted and the works completed with minimum disruption and to a good standard.

Although no work has been booked, due to our financial situation, Raz was brilliant on the video virtual meeting. Aware I wouldn’t be immediately booking, he still took the time to explain everything in easy to understand friendly language. He virtually had a tour of all rooms in the house and outside, taking photos/screenshots, for producing my quote. There was no sales pressure, no doom predictions on the house to falsely make me book. To finish he recommended getting a structural surveyor, to ensure a past extension was still safe, offering to review the report free of charge, not recommending a name, so there was no chance of any referral fees. I do at some point need to get work done, and will certainly be going back to Geobear

The work team was great, really cracked on despite appalling weather. Kept us informed during the day. The only reason we haven't given 5 stars is the team arrival was delayed and despite a number of calls no update or explanation was given. Not all cracks have closed but we are hopeful remedial work will fix this.
