Martin the tutor made the learning process fun and really interacted with the students and was very through with the explantion of everything, went out his way to help and explain anything we did not understand and any questions we had.

Great training
Really great teacher, informative and really supportive. I'd never given a vaccination before so was quite nervous to trial it on teams in front of the class but with clear instructions felt at ease. The practical wasn't too long either, so felt like you were able to concentrate the whole 90 minutes and really take everything in. Hoping to book on to more training sessions in the future.

Martin had a lot of knowledge there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. He was absolutely brilliant. The course itself is amazing I feel very confident in taking bloods just from the training provided. We used artificial arms to practice on. Humans are actually easier to bleed.

It is an interesting course
The trainer is very good with wealth of experience in the course. He was able to teach a lot of things which I learned about the course. I enjoyed the course.
However, I believe more time should be given to do more blood collection procedures and practice.
Combination of quiz questions and blood collection procedures simultaneously affects concentration and performance.

Our Introduction to Phlebotomy course is designed as a fully comprehensive programme delivered over 2 days in the classroom, covering both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to get started. During this time, students practice extensively on model arms to build confidence and competence in the techniques.

The classes for both introduction to phlebotomy an advanced phlebotomy was really good the teachers were helpful and made the class so interesting that we won’t even feel bored even during the theory session . They made me feel more comfortable amd relaxed during sessions.
