We hired Michael and Local Cleaning Services for carpet cleaning and sectional sofa steam cleaning and he arrived today. Michael was so nice, on time, and did a FANTASTIC deep cleaning that we desperately needed for our place. I can't recommend his service enough. Our place looks lighter, brighter, and definitely cleaner after his visit. Local Cleaning Services got the job done - we will book with them again, no doubt.

I am EXTREMELY unhappy with their services. Yes, I understand my rug was dirty, but I expected it to be a bit cleaner when they were finished. Had they told me it needed a special, deep clean beforehand, I would have understood and taken my business elsewhere. Instead, they told me this information AFTER they cleaned it, and I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a rug that looked maybe 5% better than it did before. When I messaged them about my frustration, I got a defensive response saying it was my fault, and I should have taken better care of it. Don’t bother wasting your money or time with this company. I feel mislead and deceived.

Edit: when I asked for a resolution to this issue, they completely ignored my message. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. They are shady and not in the business of making their customers happy.

Local Cleaning Services Inc did an excellent job cleaning my home and carpets. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless and fresh. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience very pleasant.

Carlos came to clean the carpet for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was professional, punctual, and very respectful. He worked thoroughly and left the carpet looking like new — clean, fresh, and spotless.

Just awful! They said they would be able to remove the stain but they were not and still took the money. Didn't apologize, didn't lower the rate. I should have known because they didnt even ask to see a picture of the rug and stain beforehand. What pissed me off even more they ruined my floors with their equipment. Just an awful and unprofessional experience! Never again!

This company was amazing. I want to first acknowledge that this guy had to drag his cleaning machine up a flight of stairs and it appeared to be pretty heavy, we had limited parking and these inconviences can make it pretty rough to do an already rough job. Roy was truly a warrior today and I would certainly recommend this company to others, Thank you!

Michael did not do a good job I have a 3bd room apartment I only wanted him to do the living room, hallway and one of the bed rooms. He did a half done job by only doing one side of the the room. My carpet in my living room does not smell deodorize. He only sprayed a little solution. When I told him that my carpet didn't look the best he insulted me by saying how dirty my carpet was which was so unprofessional of him. Plus he overcharge me I paid $200 for just my living room and a half of a bedroom. This man didn't even try to make sure I was happy with results he went on to say how his company is always booked so it wouldn't matter if I used their services again. This was such an horrible experience I do not recommend to anyone. I'm very much so disappointed with the results.

I would recommend Michael a thousand times. He is professional, kind and does his job with full dedication. He guided us to make the right choices and after he finished our chairs looked new.

I Used the carpet service before. So grateful Michael came , this time the carpet was extra dirty esp the stairs. So happy he got it looking great . It was like nite & day, back to light off white color. Service can go everywhere, you can’t use the truck here, very handy. Got the job done , in reasonable time , very efficient. This is my 2nd time having Michael clean the large white area rug in my living room. The first time was last year and he made it look new again. When he left I placed his business card on the side of my refrigerator and that is where it has been for the last year. Now that it was time I called him and he came out and cleaned my rug again, along with a cream linen chair of mine. Beautiful. His business card is back on my fridge for next year. Unless I need him sooner. Definitely recommend him. Very friendly and reasonable prices. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
