Dear Charles,
Thank you for bringing your recent experience with our transportation service to our attention. We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the late arrival of our driver, Manuel Gutierrez, for your pickup on March 14th, 2023. Although he left Tampa with plenty of time, we understand that he encountered heavier traffic than usual and his conduct was unprofessional. We take your feedback seriously and will take appropriate actions to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
Regarding the phone calls, Manuel was actually speaking with me, as I was giving him directions to help save time by avoiding traffic. Unfortunately, my secretary was not in the office that afternoon, and we were unable to transfer calls to her. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will issue a refund for the inconvenience and distress caused by the late pickup. Please know that we take this matter seriously and appreciate your feedback in helping us improve our services.
