Ordered a pen three months ago, first arrived fine but the second didn’t ever arrive. Contacted DPD as instructed as they said it hadn’t been scanned so they would return to sender. GetADrip customer services have been beyond disappointing. I have put over 50 requests in and had a handful of replies saying my medication is on the way, but it isn’t. Calls go unanswered and emails/help requests are repeatedly ignored. I am £180 down with no sign of it being resolved. I have already left a review here but writing another in the hope that someone might get back to me as this seems to be the best way of getting a response.

I had a very good experience today very friendly helpful team who know what they doing . I had a detox drip . Marcia assisted me and few other girls don’t remember names . I like the place and service over all. Would definitely recommend.

I am very disappointed that the company has been out o ZINC as part of the hair therapy for months, yet I was able to book this treatment online only to be disappointed on arrival to box park.
The service and reception received from Mo in terms of his prompt communication to inform me that the assigned Medic had gone off sick but a replacement was on the way, his reception was warm and welcoming on arrival.
However, I was not at all impressed by the replacement Medic. I was the first client, waited over 30 minutes, yet she approached those who came after, greeted them and its as if I wasn,t sitting there.
