On the positive side this business is contactable by phone and you can talk to a real person.
On the downside they advertise fares on Skyscanner that don’t exist. Fill in the online form, give credit card details, approve the transaction through the credit card app, complete the transaction and then find, instantly, that the booking has failed. The real price is £900 more than advertised. This is a waste of time for both parties

They charged me for a ticket which was never delivered, but assured me I would get a refund. It has been more than two months and I have not gotten any reply.

I am disappointed with their service. I expressed my complaint in various emails and have been ignored. They are in breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015 Part 1 Chapter 4 as they have not been reasonable and shown care. Also they are in breach of the sale and supply of Goods Act (HMSO) 1994. They have not responded when I am within my rights to ask for a change of date.
In my opinion, where possible avoid using this agency for your bookings.

i booked tickets with Daniel for 6 of us to travel to Zimbabwe. He gave the best advice, assured me that if the internet was cheaper than his quote he would refund the difference, as everything is recorded. he was professional, honest and efficient. 10/10 Daniel! And the E tickets arrived within 3 hours as assured.
Absolutely no complaints.
