Awful company, still awiating a refunds years later

Update. 3 years have passed and still no refund or return of my 2 elements. In the last email, Awair claimed there was extreme interest in their products yet also claim there is no money for my refund. They send generic emails back every time. It's baffling to see people still bought their products in 2025.

Awair elements make noise, which is not advertised and dishonest. Terrible for bedroom use. Customer service ignored my requests for refund and asked for videos of my unit for a replacement, which I do not want.

Like everyone else I bought the Awair Element to join the Planetwatch project. They increased the products price before the launch of the project, sketchy. The product itself worked fine in the beginning but started to fail after a while. Customer service seemed helpful at first and even promised me a refund for the faulty products. Been waiting 2 years now for that refund. Awair claims that they need to „raise the funds necessary“ to process the refund. Are they bankrupt?

I don't recommend this company and if I can do anything to put them down I would be happy to do anything.

Scam company. Paid for 4 Awair elements 2 years ago. neither has the product arrived nor has the money been returned.

Awair discontinued the Awair 1st Edition. I did a factory reset of my device, and now it is just a brick as the app won't allow me to set it up.

Don't buy from a company contributing to more e-waste.

The company at the moment has just turned working devices into unusable bricks without providing users with any alternatives

I can only confirm that company is only great example of scams and nothing else. I still waiting for my accepted refund from January 2022.

I returned my order immediately after receiving it, fully sealed. My track&trace confirms it has arrived at their depot since april 2023. Its august 2023 now. Do the math.

CS keeps telling me they have no time estimate as to when the funds will be available. My patience is long gone. How long do I have to wait? Another year, 2 years, 5 years? 10 years?

At this point they are literal thiefs. Don't do business with this terrible company.

I have written them every month since April and always received a ''getaway'' message with a ''fund block'' message for a whole year

Scam Proje! They took my products back but they haven't deposited my money for 2 years!

Es ist der letzte Verein denn es gibt, ich werde hingehalten und bekomme mein Geld nicht zurück. Das Geld können wir wohl vergessen. Habe mein Teil ungeöffnet zurück geschickt.
Die Bearbeitung dauert halt sagen die immer. Ich glaub die bescheißen Tausende um ihr Geld, und lachen über uns.

Seit fast einem Jahr warte auch ich auf mein Geld aufgrund einer Retoure. Beide Artikel waren originalverpackt und versiegelt, und ich habe dem Händler sogar ein Foto geschickt. Ich habe die Retoure innerhalb der angeforderten Frist beantragt und sie mit dem DHL-Label von Getwair versendet. Die Ware ist seit fast einem Jahr beim Händler zurück, aber ich habe noch kein Geld erhalten. Wenn ich nachfrage, werde ich nur vertröstet. Ich überlege, einen Anwalt einzuschalten und eine Anzeige bei der Polizei zu erstatten. Ich rate davon ab, mit diesem Händler Geschäfte zu machen. Eventuell wäre auch eine Sammelklage gut.

Wie alle anderen - warte ich seit > 1 Jahr auf eine Rückerstattung.

Man wird immer wieder von José vertröstet aber ich denke die vertrösten so lange bis sie Insolvenz anmelden.

Ich werde überlegen ob ich einen Anwalt einschalte - oder wegen Betrug anzeigen, solchen Unternehmen soll der Riegel vorgeschoben werden.

This is a scam. The crypto awards they promise when you purchase this rather expensive air monitor are nonexistent. The monitor itself looks nice, but given their complete dishonesty about the rewards program, I have no idea if the monitor is actually functioning. Basically, you are paying the company to collect your data inside your home. They do not honor their end of the bargain, they do not respond to emails, and the resolution link they provide leads to a nonexistent page. I bought the monitor over a year ago.

I ask a full refund for their Awair element, that never is arrived in my house in May 2022. I wrote them many times, their responses were vague and useless. Basically they stoled my money. Be away from them.
