This review is factually incorrect. GetCertNow as a Authorized Training Partner of VMEdu/SCRUMstudy provide multiple options including a full refund to the students in case of any issues and the refund request falls under the terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy (if student opt for a refund) : Cancellation within 12 days of the course commencement date: There will be an 85% cancellation fee and all refunds will be processed, and payments made to students within 30 days of receipt for a course cancellation request.
Cancellation within 5 days of the course commencement date: No money is refundable. We do understand that sometimes things do not go as per plan. In case you are not able to attend a particular program because of some changes in plan, we recommend that you reschedule the class rather than cancelling it completely.
