⚠️ Very disappointing experience — I do NOT recommend this website.
I purchased a software product from this website, but unfortunately, it never worked for me despite trying every possible method to fix the issue.
The customer support experience was also very poor. They would reply only once every hour, usually with very short messages, and the problem was never actually resolved. The communication and overall treatment were extremely disappointing.
I also requested a refund for the product because it did not work, but my refund was not processed. In addition, I had $0.30 remaining from my $7.13 payment, and because the minimum payment is $5, I would have to spend another $4.70 just to use the remaining balance. I have not received this money back either.
In the end, I paid for a product that did not work, the software issue was never solved, and I was not properly refunded.
I strongly recommend being careful before purchasing from this website.

Hi,
We do want to clarify a few things. Our team gave instructions on how to use the product, but you did not follow them correctly.
Our support team also works in GMT, so replies can sometimes take a little longer depending on the time.
We also do not understand the part about needing to spend another $4.70 to use the remaining $0.30. The $5 minimum is only for adding funds, not for using money already on the account ?!..
We only process refunds if the product is unfunctional, which was not the case for you.. The product was working and you refused to do its steps.
Thanks for your feedback.
