I had a positive overall experience. The team was very kind, attentive, and genuinely listened to my requests and specific needs. Even after a few initial mistakes, they remained responsive and committed to making things right, which I really appreciated.
However, it’s important to keep in mind that the final price may increase depending on adjustments during the process. For example, I initially chose the smallest figurine (8 cm), but I was later asked to select a larger size to make the work easier, which resulted in an additional cost of about $140. I understand that this was necessary to ensure better resemblance to the picture (not 100% like the faces in the picture, but still good) and feasibility, but it’s definitely something to consider when choosing your picture and planning your budget.

Very responsive and willing to discuss what we wanted. Even after we ultimately decided we didn't want to proceed they were super professional and helpful the entire time!

A vederla questa statuetta mi sono emozionato molto, era un momento con mia moglie che dovevo immortalare in modo diverso da una semplice foto, mia moglie non c e più. Ed io rivivo guardando quella statuetta quel momento felice vissuto insieme a lei! Grazie a Niro e a tutta la ditta FIGURO!

I made a mistake when I first placed my order - I missed the prompt to add the picture. I reached out to the company and Niroshan got back to me right away and the communication was excellent. She helped me with my questions and even followed up to make sure I had received the figure and to see how I liked the figure. I was very impressed with all of this. About the figure - I was very pleased with that also. I would definitely order from this company again.

They made it just the way I wanted it. It looked just like picture (even better because the picture was only the face they made full body). The person I gifted it too was also very impressed very emotional. I received it in a timely manner. I recommend 100%

The product looks quite realistic and you can tell they paid attention to detail in preparing to mold the figurine. The customer service was excellent as well, an individual from the company stayed in touch with me during the process and we went back-and-forth with photos about how the product was going to come out. Customer care was excellent. Service was excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

I ordered a very unusual figure, while the company mainly specializes in human characters. Because of my special request, there were some challenges regarding size, details, and the production process. During printing, it turned out that the figure could not be color-printed due to its shape and details, so the team contacted me proactively to explain the situation and inform me about a delay because the figure had to be hand-painted instead.
In hindsight, this turned out to be a clear upgrade, as thequality and detail on the figurine are really good. Throughout the entire process, the communication was transparent, friendly, and highly professional. I was always offered clear solutions, received regular updates including photos and videos of the production, and felt very well taken care of.
Despite the challenges, the service has been outstanding.

Getfiguro is a wonderful company to deal with; not only because of the fantastic work they do but how quickly it got done. I asked them if it could be done before my Father's 80th birthday. It made it on time. Actually was here a day early. The details were on point and exquisitely made. Everyone loved it and could not believe it was made from a simple picture. Ich habe eine Einzelperson bestellt. Die vorherige Abstimmung mit Niro war ganz großartig. Er hat schnell reagiert und ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Die Figur ist heute angekommen. Es ging wirklich schnell. Sie war sehr gut verpackt und das wichtigste: sie ist richtig schön geworden! Nur die Augen sind nicht ganz sooo gelungen. Aber bei einem so kleinen Teil. Ich bin jedenfalls begeistert und kann es nur empfehlen.
