Cheap, unsafe kids items delivered from China, and priced 10 times what they are worth. Don't buy there.

Poor quality item - I definitely overpaid. Delivery took a long time.

I ordered a child's play kitchen from this company for our gt granddaughter's 2nd birthday. Luckily I ordered it a month before her birthday. The parcel was so small I nearly missed seeing it, I think it would actually have gone through the letterbox! It was about 3 inches high! I checked the product description and couldn't find the dimensions anywhere, my own fault for not checking properly.
I emailed getkidzly. There was no apology and if I wanted to return it ,it was at my own expense. I know, my own fault again for not checking properly. In the end I chose a 40% refund.
I then had to buy another full size play kitchen.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Misleading website. Chinese shopfront. Products are likely to be unsafe for children

Customer service telephone number in Ireland is a voicemail about delivery options, no recording or possibility to leave message or speak to agent
Items came from China as original packaging on items and outer posyage packaging added to when entered EU.
I got a 70% refund which after reading other numerous reviews makes me one of lucky few so not completely out of pocket
Items were put out with rubbish unsafe, didn't work and not fit for purpose

I ordered a card game from this site they arrived and were similar but not quite the same quality as the original. I could tell they were a copy. Didn't matter too much but felt like I paid more than I should have.

Misleading website that appears to be Irish but it's coming from china so you will be waiting -I was waiting a month for Christmas presents. There's no customer service and you've to pay for returns yourself which is made to a polish address for some reason

Using a .ie address but obviously not an Irish website, still waiting on delivery of item 2+ weeks later . No tracking information. Very poor service, would not recommend.

Santa item ordered on 5 Dec, didn't arrive until 29th dec - pls stay clear

This stuff comes from China and is nothing like what is advertised... Feel like I have been robbed.. Items are inferior quality and way smaller than what is advertised on this site... You would get better on Shien and Temu for a fraction of the cost. Please, please dont fall for the scam like I did .

I bought two supposed bedside lamps, they are absolute junk and arrived in pieces from China. This isn’t an Irish company even if it’s masquerading as one. Do not buy from Kidzly

This is not an Irish company even though the website says .ie. The stuff comes directly from China. Half of my order has arrived, I don't know where the other half is. Total scam. Avoid.

I am still waiting on an order which was processed 15 days ago..

The items arrived in very good condition and through two delivery phases with two seperate known delivery companies in the country and as per instructions of kidzly.it customer service in the email. Patience is required when dealing with e-commerce companies as with any other company in the world. I appreciate the effort of kidzly.it team, thank you again because you made our children happy.

Masquerading as an Irish company by adding .i.e at the end of the name, just received 2 items from an order of 5 items, which was placed 21/10/2025, so it remains to be seen if the rest of order ever arrives, as a foot note we are a community childcare centre, we truly cannot afford this

I ordered but never received it. I emailed but got no reply. Luckily I payed with revolut , who after investigating seen it was a scam and refunded me. The day after I got an email with a c tracking number saying it was delivered. On a day I was home all day. And we gave cameras which prove there was no delivery. They are trying to leave a "paper " trail to prove they are legit. But this company is 100% fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a small waterproof backpack from Getkidzly.ie and whilst the delivery was quite slow, the backpack arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described on the website.
I am satisfied with my purchase and the response from customer service regarding the delivery time.

Should have read all the reviews here first . Ordered a watch for my son almost a month ago still nothing. And no response from the customer support email.

Found a lot of their products on Ali express for a hell of a lot less. May as well since their products come from China anyway

Ok so they have this domain get kidzly.ie but they also have .co.uk and loads of other countries. They are actually apparently based on Poland but the stuff arrives drop shipped from china. Not even repackaged in their own branding. I stupidly ordered foam mats for my baby’s playpen. It cost me €80. Only 8 of the 25 I ordered arrived. No response from them. When I realised it was just drop shipped from China I went on temu and the exact same thing I bought I could have for
On temu for €8. I feel like an idiot but don’t make the same mistake as me just because they have an Irish domain. It’s just drop shipping stuff you can buy cheaper and quicker and more reliable yourself from temu.
