The UI looks good

The UI looks good, but the service quality is disappointing. They launched the project without fully completing it or properly testing it.

The AWS SES integration isn’t working, and even after contacting them three times, the issue remains unresolved. For AWS SES, only the app key and secret are required, yet they’ve added an unnecessary API key field, which creates confusion.

I purchased the premium plan, but honestly, it feels like a waste of money.

They are a scam

They are a scam. They take your money and give you leads you did not ask for. if you delete those to try and get the ones you want, they take your 1000 credits you bought and will not refund them. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Paid the lifetime service of $9.90 but got nothing

Paid the lifetime service of $9.90 but I am not able to access the dashboard at all. It left me on an endless loop of forced onboarding. I emailed their support but still has no reply. It seems it is only trying to get access to my email since it asked for its user and password. Seems sketchy. Stay away from this at all cost.

I had a very bad experience with Adgrow / getle.ad.

After paying €9.90 for a “lifetime” plan, I was never able to access the service. The dashboard link returns errors, and logging in simply redirects back to a payment page. In practice, the service is completely unusable.

Despite this, support claims the service is “active and available” and refuses to issue a refund. This is simply not true — I have never been able to access anything.

There is also no working way to manage or cancel the subscription from inside the platform, as they claim.

In my opinion, this is extremely misleading and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service.

I have documented everything (errors, login issues, screenshots) and will proceed with a chargeback.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing anything from Adgrow / getle.ad.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I was enticed in by a deal on instagram - which transpired had expired!
Trying to reach customer service is like trying to win the lottery, almost impossible as the majority of it is run by AI - AI support that then passes you on to another AI support agent (via email). When I eventually got through to a real person - they did state they'd honour the advertised package only to then be told it was no longer possible but this other new new package was. I swiftly unsubscribed and yet I keep getting once or twice a week emails from their AI support staff (as in the support isn't a real person) with updates even though I've unsubscribed multiple times and even asked the real person I spoke to to STOP email me. It's now considered spam so of course I've flagged. If this is the UX then I hate to think how it would be working with them. I suggest picking a more real option.

Pay to View Pay Pall

I bought the lifetime, hooked it up and the software works perfectly.. the only thing is, since then, any time I've logged in I'm greeting with a paywall. I'm locked out of my account...

I've reached out to support, no help, found the guy on reddit and dm'd him, still nothing and they have the nerve to send out a request for a review. I'm not the only one locked out either...
