First of all to contact customer service was a nightmare.

I got a brown dress and I got a COMPLETELY different colour, the wouldn’t give me a refund…(?) I wish I could upload images in here of what I saw in the website vs what I received.

Never again - horrible dress, different colour and horrible quality.

Received items, wasn’t happy so submitted a return but did not receive a return label. Two weeks and multiple emails later and still haven’t got a label or address to return to. Seems like it must be a scam.

I have placed an order last month and it’s still not shipped yet , it was supposed to to be delivered by 13th and I’m still waiting for delivery 🚚 I tried contacting customer support many times now but no response, the only response I got is they will get back to me, I requested for refund as well but as usual no response,has been waiting very patiently but it’s frustrating now .
First and last time wasting my time and money in this brand

Very difficult to contact customer service. It takes a few days for them to reply to an email and then a different person replies the next time.

I placed and order on 25 of february and still waiting for the parcel.
I think it’s a fraud. Or simply the company do not care enough. I’m contacting them every day to get information about my order and only can speack with ai. After my complian always get a message that i’m ne contacted from a specialist, but never had.

I am trying to return my parcel for weeks but i didn't receive any labels for shipment. The worst service

2 months have passed and my order have not arrived

It took over a month to arrive and when I reached out to customer service to ask where my package was, they never responded. Finally got my dress and to say I was disappointed with the quality is a massive understatement.

Ordered since the first of February and still haven’t received my order.

Took over a month to send shipment and receive shipment because you sold something that wasn’t in stock

Once we received it, stitching came out as we got it out of the bag.

Its been over 2 weeks and order has still not shipped. I wrote to their Support email and got a basic reply to say 'no hasn't shipped yet, you'll get an email when it does' ... not helpful and longest order processing ever.

Terrible experience, I made my purchase on January 14th and I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

Absolutely disgusted...I ordered a left shoulder body suit to go under my mother of the bride dress. They sent a right shoulder one, I immediately pointed out the error and that it was only a couple more months before the wedding. I was assured that the correct one would be sent in plenty of time...it wasn't, each week I requested an ETA for replacement they would not give a tracking number and was told it would have to be passed on to another department if I was asking for tracking. Needless to say the wedding came and went and I am still waiting for a replacement 6 months after my first complaint! I would not be ordering again avoid this company like the plague!

Delivery time was acceptable, however the overall quality was disappointing. Once unpacked, it was clear that the item was poorly made. It has remained unused since. I would not recommend this purchase, as it does not represent good value for money. (Order number 11073)

Shipping was fast — I received my package in just 4 days and everything arrived without any issues. Customer service was also very friendly and responded quickly to my questions. However, I was a bit disappointed with the product quality, which didn’t match what I had hoped for.

I would actually give them a zero if I could. They used a non standard courier who left the parcel in an unsafe area-if he even delivered it at all.my husband was home at the time and the courier did not ring the buzzer, leave a note or take it to a different location. The courier took a photo of them at the security gate and then if the parcel-this was not enough evidence that they attempted delivery. Livetta have been extremely unhelpful suggesting I could ask my neighbours (more than 200 apartments of them) if they have seen my parcel. I have asked for a replacement but they have stopped responding and then had the hide to give them a rating. They are a scam. Do not buy from them.
