Although the neuromd did not alleviate my pain after 60 days of using it, I was relieved to be able to get a refund. I sent an email on a Sunday and got a response right back. Winston helped me to navigate getting the process started. He was prompt, kind and thorough.
Hopefully others can get relief because it seemed like a high end device.

I have been using NeuroMD for approximately a month now and I am so happy with my results so far. It has reduced my spinal pain tremendously.I am definitely going to continue the process.

The last batch of pads only lasted 3 uses, while my first order lasted almost a month. The product effects are great. It reduces the amount of pain. Will continue to use as long as pads hold up.

I use the back device on several different areas of my back every day. It feels good while I am using it, but I haven't noticed any reduction in my back pain otherwise. I do have scoliosis, lordosis, and kyphosis, plus I've had back surgery 20 years ago, so maybe I shouldn't expect much relief.

Have been using Corrective Device only 3 weeks. No positive evidence of improvement in low back pain. Currently setting M2-24, daily.

Shipped and received as promised. The replacement pads work well.

Because back pain has many influences and component sources, it is difficult to assess individual contributions when multiple steps are being taken. I do attribute some of my recent relief to the NeuroMD device, but cannot assess its full specific impact.

Receiving the device took some longer time than expected, but it was received in good condition..

I decided to order this item with much doubt, but finally broke down and ordered it anyway. And I’m glad I did; 30 days ago, I suffered a lot of lower back pain, right above the hip: Ok, the first week this product is designed for nothing but vibrating tickling. But I kept the hope alive. The Second week, still following the instructions. Ok, I feel some improvement; still a little sore, but improvement. In the third week, getting straight out of bed and stretching was a joyful feeling; week four, I can now reach freely for the ceiling without pain. And I’m going to keep using this Product until I break it, and when I do, I'll order another NeuroMD corrective therapy device.

My lower back has gone out a few times now and It has taken nearly a year to recover each time. I started using this about 5 weeks ago during my most recent recovery and it has kickstarted more rapid improvement. I was already doing physical therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture but I believe this has been the missing treatment that has made all the difference.

I like the product, it’s very helpful with my lower back problem. My only problem is with my last order of gel pads. One of them had a problem and continuously delivered painful random shocks from its very first use. I threw it away and the next one had no problem.

I have been using this device for my back for quite a while with great results. However, the recent pads are leaving a gummy residue on my back? That has never happened before.

I have been faithfully using my NeuroMD for about a month now, in my lower back area. I have not really detected any improvements in my stenosis/spondolythesis/lower back pain but it hasn't made things worse either. I am up to level 9 on M1.

My experience with NeroMD is nothing short of a miracle for my issue(s). My lumbar spine is fused from L2 to S1 and I suffer from fat intrusion into my atrophied paraspinal muscles, specifically the multifidus muscels.

My hardware has been removed and therefore the stability in my back as well. I have suffered from instability in these muscles for no less than 15 years.

After my very first application of the NeroMD device, that pain has been 95% alleviated. I’m only just over 4 weeks into the protocol and I cant wait to see the end results! Well done, NeroMD!

I actually feel like it does something for me. However, my condition is getting worse not better. It is likely that my disc issue is not easily remediated, but I continue to use this product.

Ordered new butterfly pads but received the wrong ones. Contacted customer service and after a short conversation, they agreed to send out the correct ones without any hassles. Great customer service.
