horrible do NOT buy from this company. they have not refunded me or shipped me the items i ordered. i am going to report them to the athorities and get them shut down if they don't answer my emails.

So horrible!! I would not waste your money on these bras they are so bad! I got it doesn't work and the sizes are inaccurate I regret my purchase so much worst place to get a bra ever THEY DO NOT WORK!!!

Damn I had to press a star to rate when they are a garbage company. Anyways still haven't received my waist trainer got the bras waste of money doesnt work. They are horrible and need to be put out of business next time I'll review before purchasing so I can actually get my stuff and not contact Paypal to find a way to get my money back.

Is there a Zero star??! Avoid shopping with them!!!! It's the worst online shopping experience ever!! It's taking over a month for my order to be completed. They say my order it's behind Bc of the new promos they have going on!! My order shouldn't not be delay Bc of promos going on a month after I had placed my order.

I ordered my Silicone Lift Bra in April 28th. After purchasing it i also received a email like 3 days later telling me to track my package on the site but they only gave me this code #184585. And when i tracked it, it was a bunch of other locations like multipule packages share this code number ? I have no idea. But i also looked at reviews and became worried of how other people have been sca-mmed. I emailed them and recieved the same automated message telling me they're too busy to reply because of their 10$ sale. So i waited a bit and retried a few days later, still the same automated message. I messaged on their facebook. I tried to find the email of the owner of the Company. They don't want to talk to you. So I called DHL services in my home town and they had no idea who PowerBurn was but when i explained the site they gave me to track my package on was "Globalmail.DHL" something she said "ohhhh no that sounds legit, it wont be delivered by Truck but in the mail box." So i kind of felt a little more confident. But still no Silicone bra. I feel like i go to the mail box everyday just to see its not there :(

I even purchased 4 bathing suits from a different company on May 4th - Chicgrace - and i recieved 2 of the bathing suits so far the other 2 are on its way. But i ordered this bra soooo long ago. Where the hell is it. And why do they not care to have someone in Customer Services who only tends to repling to their questionable customers?

I ordered the slimming waist trainer on May 11th and it came in the mail today may 31st. After reading all of the reviews on here I was so worried I wasted $15 but it finally came in! I sent an email asking about my tracking number, which I never received and I got a reply saying they are having delays bc of the $10 sale. Anyways, I probably won't order anything else from this website but I just wanted to let everyone know I did end up getting my waist trainer. And it fits perfectly!

SCAM!!!!!! I ordered my bra on may 6th!!!!!! And it's may 31st!! Iv sent emails, Asking for my Oder and everything!! No answer back NOTHING!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

SCAM ! Order on 24 April and still nothing. How do we get our money back or do something about this ???? Something needs to be done with the amount of complaints and bad reviews this company has done. Truspilot, help !!!!

I ORDER MY BRA ON MAY 10 AND I STILL NOTHING , THIS SITE IS HORRIBLE IM NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN.

I ordered my bra 3+ weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've sent multiple emails and heard nothing and can't find any number to call.

Ordered total 6 products received only one 15 days later and never received the rest. Emailed them more than once and never got a reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, more like (-)5 stars. I ordered two bras through Powerburn back in April, and received only one of one them 20 days later. I've reached out to support over 5 times within the last month, and have yet to hear back from them. Now, two months have passed and I STILL haven't received my second bra. This company is a total SHAM. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCTS.

!! SCAM ARTISTS WHO WILL FRAUDULENTLY CHARGE YOUR CARD WITH PERSONAL CHARGES - DO NOT ORDER !! I ordered a bra and not even a week later I woke up to a charge on my bank account that wasn't mine saying I was being charged $1000 from Paypal and I won't even have a Paypal account ! My bank was great and did detective work and came to the conclusion it was from Powerburn.com - Beauty Boutique. I luckily got my money back the next day and blocked their fake asses. Also, it's been 10 days and still no bra. I will be reversing my charges for that as well with my bank. THANKS FOR THE HEADACHE BEAUTY BOUTIQUE !!

It's a terrible site. Promise discounts and won't send you a tracking number after weeks of ordering a simple $10 bra. Then they charge you shipping, for which they never show much it will cost until you see your bank statement.
